Amy, if you bread your chicken ahead of time and then let it sit in the refrigerator for a while(an hour would be fine), the coating won’t come off when you fry it. 😊

I dont know if u know this or not but here in the south if u keep watering your plants in the heat of the day and getting the leaves wet, you will fry them up, its best to water them in the early morning and water them at the base, if you water them at night your just setting yourself up for fungus to grow , good luck ..

True. It may also need a bigger pot and some fertilizer, applied at the base of the plant. Tomatoes need lots of nitrogen. I love your busy little life!❤

I’ve made that honey mustard sauce and it’s delicious! I add a little garlic powder and cayenne pepper to mine to spice it up a little just because we like it that way.

Miss Amy, please be very careful when swimming alone. The American Red Cross strongly discourages anyone, child or adult, to swim without anyone else around. The danger of accidental drowning is exponentially increased when swimming alone. If you are familiar with the Duggar family, that is exactly how Grandma Duggar passed away. She was swimming alone and bumped her head when getting in the pool and passed away without anyone noticing.

Not sure if you realize this but there's a difference between thin spaghetti and angel hair pasta... They're a bit different in cooking time. Angel hair Cooks up in less then 5mins which is super fast but to me its always kinda mushy so i dont use it..i prefer thin spaghetti which is basically just regular spaghetti which doesn't take as long to cook and it's thinner... Just a little FYI if you didn't already know.
I don't use the acid to clean my shells . I use mineral oil. In my opinion it is safer. And they look a lot nicer.

I needed to hear that cause I have been having a hard time with things lately.
Try not to water the leaves on the plants. Just the dirt, the leaves will get moisture from the roots (from inside out). ❤️
Your right, the chicken needed to be patted down with paper towel to dry it before breading. I learned the hard way too :)

If you had a metal basket you could dip a bunch of shells at a time in acid. I used to get the mildew on plant leaves in NC and I was told to water the plants without getting leaves wet. Idk but once I got rid of it it didn't come back when I stopped wetting leaves. Good luck with all your plants!😊
I was gonna say the same thing , bottom water cucumber, or squash plants don’t wet the leaves

Hi Amy, I really love your channel and content! I watch every morning with my coffee. You really give me inspiration to be a better homeschool mama to my 5 kiddos. I have a question, when you cook dinner in the mornings, do you rewarm everything in the oven at night or is everyone able to make a plate and microwave? Does the food keep its integrity? I personally hate leftovers, does it feel like you're eating leftovers?! Just curious!! Thanks 😊
Thank you for your encouragement..it depends upon the meal .when you have had to feed people at many different times you get good at making dinner taste good at all times . Depends on what it is and how I keep it warm
Amy if you water your plants under the leaves you will cut down on the mildew and diseases . They don’t like getting excessive water on there leaves.
If it is hot out you need to water your potted plants twice a day
I always wanted to sat thank you for reminding me about individual serving containers . Plastic works in my life now but great idea
make sure you have drainage on your pots and don't water the leaves on your mature ones - your tomato plant looks like it is overwatered as the leaves are droopy as they do not like their leaves watered only the roots and it is ok to let them dry out

Greg ran it through a particular filter to remove the shell particles and then We checked the ph of the pool and it was needed...it's one of the pool chemicals so it worked to add it 😁
if you lightly fry the chicken and then finish off in oven
Try putting all the shark teeth in a small fine mesh strainer to dip them all at once instead of going one at a time
You probably said it and I missed it….why didn’t you use the outside fryer for the chicken?

She has a nice kitchen. I have about the same amount of stuff smooshed into a kitchen about a quarter that size. My partner made a movable island for me, so I have room to bake. I appreciate that I do have a kitchen, though.

@@TracyShead-Stamey Nice! I have a little tiny galley kitchen with just enough space for a coffee maker on one side and my utensil holder on the other by my stove. UGH! I've been looking for a rolling island so I can make bread and food prep better but I may have to compromise and repurpose something from a yard sale or somewhere. It is what it is. But I do love all that counter space. I get all dreamy eyed when I see it. LOL
