I'm from South Central Kansas. Most people just think of us as a flyover state, but we're more than that. It's more affordable to live than a lot of other states, the weather changes from one hour to the next, and our location is a great jumping off point for road trips. We really do have a beautiful diverse landscape and each region has something interesting to offer. ❤️🌻🌻

Amy I have watched your channel for many years now. Your life is so different now, (I love it) living in the sun shine, you suit it so well.
I know you enjoyed your life in the mountains, but having the sun on your face every day just makes your body relax and feel good. I miss it so much, I lived in Australia and New Zealand for many years and I loved that sunny life style. Far from my current life living in the North of England, currently cold, windy and wet. However I wouldn’t swap it, I love my life here, I live right next to the beach and feel grateful for it. Nothing is like the great North East fresh air. I’m grateful for not having to live in a war torn country, as you said so much hatred is in this world right now. Xxx

I’m from Florida originally but I live in North Eastern Nevada now. I love Florida and it will always be home to me but I have learned home is the heart is. Florida I loved the beaches and the sunshine. Nevada I love the small town feel where we are and I love how in there is very little humidity in fact so low that we run a swamp cooler in the summer to help put moisture in our house and it cools our house at the same time.
Hi Amy I live in Apple Valley CA in the High Desert 🌵 We get all seasons here I been in my home here for 49 yrs.I love everything about the High Desert yes in summer we get highs into 120s and in Winter the lowest was 27 degrees and up . But there isn’t a day that we don’t see beautiful wild life . When you take your kids on a outing and see different animals and birds I say to you Amy we have that here and much more. But there is a down side my husband passed away Jan. 28 th of 23 so all the new exciting things we shared together. Is gone but I still tell him about my day ! ❤️🙏 and I pray. For peace and my day is so much easier to do ❤️❤️🙏🙏 I have been with you for many years I loved that you talked about are Lord and Savior your messages are on point I believe you are helping others to know God bless you Amy and your Family 🙏🙏💖💖 love your Sister in Christ Peggy

The breakfast pizza looked delicious! I like the cushions you got for your rockers. Maybe you could get a couple of matching pillows for the lounge chairs on the other side of the pool to make it all go together. You were smart to plant the same day as you bought your veggies. I have a bad habit of planting days after I buy and hoping they will survive. You gave your plants a much better chance. Blessings, Janell

My cucumber plants grew to about 2 feet across by at least 5.5 -6 feet tall.. I always grow basil. Cut up tomato slices with fresh mozzarella stacked in a line with fresh basil in between each tomato and cheese piece drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper YUMMY!! I like to make my own fresh pesto too with my basil plants

Hello from Louisville, Kentucky. One of my favorite things about living here is being able to visit Cumberland Falls and how beautiful the drive is. The Falls are breathtaking. And though I have never gotten to see it myself (yet) the Moon Bow is on my bucket list.

I live in SC. I enjoy the heat and humidity. We have both the mountains and the sea. We can be at either in less than 2 hours. Also we live in farmland with rolling fields of vegetables growing year round. One of the best things for me is Charleston.❤

Amy, Just a suggestion but my grandfather was a huge vegetable gardener and he always told me to water my vegetables and flowers after the sun goes down late afternoon. That way the sun won’t burn the plants up. He was very successful each year. Just thought I might mention that to you.

Seeing your shells reminds me of a mirror I saw. There were seashells on the frame. I want to collect them and glue them on a mirror. It was so pretty!

Hi Amy, I live in Tennessee! I have been her my entire life and I love it. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. My city most not all but most people are just kind and true southerners know you need to always try to use your manners. My parents always told us that your true character is who you are when nobody is looking 👀. Plus we have the home of Country Music! We see all the seasons here. Now I could definitely do without winter 🥶 because I don’t like to be cold! Lol

You can take watered down bleach n soak live sand dollars to bleach them out then paint them w Elmer’s glue to make them stronger -actually to any shell
The way we get sand is the action of waves to break down shells AND the ‘pooping’ of fish as they eat coral
That’s the beautiful white fine sand of some of your beaches that you go to -btw- just saying ❤️
Hey Amy I live in Ireland in a place called Sligo I’m about five minutes away from Rosses point beach. I go swimming nearly every morning in the sea since last September water can be anywhere from 5 degrees the wild Atlantic sea noting better in the morning to wake you up and set your day. Although the water is getting a little warmer now
