Prebiotics, Probiotics, Synbiotics, Postbiotics: What are the Differences?
While most people have heard of probiotics and prebiotics, there are some less familiar terms you may come across in your search for digestive health. Let’s take a look at these topics and what they mean for your gut health. Prebiotics, probiotics, and synbiotics are three terms you may have heard of if you’re interested in gut health. They’re all related to one another and can help you improve your digestive health. Our digestive system is home to hundreds of different types of bacteria, many of which are beneficial to our health. The three main categories of these good bacteria are probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics.

Are any probiotics able to eat any bad bacteria, or are certain bad germs only able to be eaten by certain strains of probiotics?

Thank you for watching!! Yes, there are strains of flora that work best against certain pathogenic/opportunistic bacteria.

Well it looks like I'm going to have to be doing some serious probiotics diversification then. Right now I only have homemade raw fermented scrambled eggs, and am only up to two ounces per meal, and two ounces anally per week. Kundalini Kova says kefir retention enemas are the best to properly restore the gut microbiome with, but I'm severely lactose intolerant and he hasn't gotten back to any of my questions yet. The Liver Flush Man says that 21 day fermented urine is excellent, but Markus Rothkranze told me that guy is a nutjob. I also have four large fresh sardines in the fridge from the farmer's market yesterday and am looking for the right sized container at the moment. I've had leaky gut and paranoid schizophrenia for nearly 40 years and six year's of heavy metal toxicity even a week long hot spring water fast couldn't even do much for.

There is water kefir that may be helpful due to your lactose intolerance and may give you some diversity.
