Awesome!! Have you used magnesium before and has it been helpful? Also, I just posted Katie's second video on the topic - here it is in case you're interested: ruclips.net/video/Z7iiGZNtlKg/видео.html
@@OswaldDigestiveClinic My functional medicine doctor recommended that when I was having weird heart pain after Covid. I took Natural Calm and it was really helpful after detoxing :) And thanks I'll check it out ^-^
Magnesium Ascorbate is a buffered form of vitamin C and magnesium. which is more gentle on the GI, than just taking Ascorbate. Magnesium carbonate is found in OTC medications to alleviate heartburn, indigestion or stomach upset. It is low in bioavailability.
Hello thank you for your information on magnesium please could you tell me about high potency 300 mg of viridian is this also a good magnesium to take thank you angel blessings
Hi Adele, thank you for your question. The brand you are asking about has three different types of magnesium, all of which contain their own benefits and are safe to take.
Can you take different types of magnesium? For example, if you get cramps but also have dementia concerns could I take 1/2 dose of 2 different types of magnesium?
Which type is good for fatigue? I have noticed that I crash and burn only a few hours after waking up, and I thought it was stress problem, but it even happens on good days. I'll have mental energy, but physically, my body is very weak. My sleep is terrible, but so is my wakeful state. I'm trying electrolytes to see if they help, but then I noticed the random spasms at night, and remembered magnesium is good for muscles specifically, and that might be linked. But I'm not sure which kind I need the most to have my muscles be functional lmao, or if at this point, I need every type 😅
Hi Apollo! Thank you for watching. I feel Magnesium Glycinate would be the best option for you at this point. Mag Gly is the most absorbable form of Magnesium and is really great for sleep. Perhaps if you had a better and more restful sleep the other symptoms would resolve.
Thank you for your feedback. The video is meant to showcase different types of magnesiums and helping you choose one that may be best for you. I appreciate you taking the time to watch.
