I was gonna comment on his disproportional body... But you made it sound so much better than I would have said😂😂😂
@@xkooliefreestyle5516 Thanks my friend! 😆 He _is_ eye catching, isn’t he? It’s like someone was designing something vaguely human in a video game’s character creator and was going for a “husky” or “heavy set” build but instead of setting the arm thickness to a high number like everything else, he mistakenly set the slider as far as it would go to the left and the arm thickness value is near zero. It’s like some cruel joke.
You know, truth be told, I adapted this comment (that’s a nicer way of saying I stole it) from one that someone wrote when this video first came to light years ago on some obscure (by comparison to this channel anyhow) legal or news channel. The guy is so disproportionate it’s unbelievable.
Like that majorly muffin topping lady from the TLC show “1000 Pound Best Friends.” You look at her and you think “How did almost zero fat out of her 600+ pounds of fat make it down to her legs?” If you showed the woman from the knees or even the thighs down (if the apron of fat AKA the “penniculum” was lifted to expose them) you’d estimate her weight at like 200 and some. But no, it’s hundreds and hundreds of pounds more than that. Poor lady is afflicted with the gunt.
Allow me to elaborate. If a gut and a c*nt combined is called a gunt (and it is in my vernacular… the male variation of this being the more elusive yet still ever populous “gock”) then she has what you’d call a “super gunt.” She’s so misaligned and non-proportionate.
This guy is similar in that if his arms alone were photographed you’d think they belonged to a 110 pound junkie or something. You’d never think they would be attached to that body. This missing finger(s) just makes him look even more like a crackhead or a junkbox. Maybe he’s one of those eating junkies or eating crackheads.
I’ve known a few of those anomalous dudes. In fact, my old coke dealer (relax feds, he sold me Coca Cola nothing nefarious, I swear) would do a line (he drew perfectly straight lines on paper… he was a great artist, that’s all, feds!) and then have a slice of pizza immediately thereafter. I’d be like “How can you have an appetite?“ “Just do,” he’d answer. “How can you eat with the drip going down your throat?” “Easy,” was his retort. He was immune to the side effect of not wanting to eat from strong stimulants.
Anyways, I’d be very surprised if (now former) Chief Hanzee didn’t have some sort of weird addiction to something… if only food. And stealing car parts and insurance checks.
Wow I’m rambling. Nice talking to you! Kind regards from Nova Scotia, Canada!

Man, cameras in interrogation rooms and body cams really hold people accountable. In the 90s they'd just beat a confession out of you.
My dad spoke of this a lot. He told me stories of people being illegally arrested and before they took them to jail, they severely beat them then threw them in jail. He said it was awful! We've had corrupt cops all over the state and it continues to this day😢

The fact that he's the police CHIEF is a horrifying thought. The CHIEF sitting at home in his Pj's watching Cops is both hilarious and terrifying for the citizens of that town. 😳
That's how he does his research 🤣
There's a reason he's the Chief. Looking the other way, letting things slide, all the corruption.. they knew what they were getting.
Even Chief Wiggum would be appalled.
He was getting tips and guidelines to being a cop, watching COPS.
Small Town USA is majority white. It doesn't have the brown people (yet) that has turned major cities into military zones. Which is why small town cops are usually older and less in shape. Small Town citizens don't commit 1/20th the amount of crime that major "diverse" cities have. You have to keep in mind the context. The worst call these people get semi-regularly is for dealing with car accidents. And once in these policies careers, assuming they worked in that same town their whole life, they'll only see 1 murder and/or only ever use their gun once (most never need to)
All the politics aside, how is it possible that a cannon ball with arms is the chief of police? Police officers should be agile, somewhat in shape, and be able to do their job even if they're not always on duty. Can you imagine thinking you're relying on police for protection and this guy shows up? No way he's passing any fitness or reaction speed tests.
This is a town of about 2000 people. They have to beg people to take that crappy job, and they obviously don't have a huge pool to choose from.

@@jaggirl Yeah, but at that level he should be a stud and have tailored uniforms. He isn't necessarily a ribbon cutter, I'm sure he has work...but he has an example to set. I was in the Army, and when I came back from deployment as a staff sergeant, I went to a non-deployable unit. Because we didn't deploy the focus was pretty much on looking good in uniform, training, and pt. I didn't do a lot for my buddies on the ground over there, but I mentored some good soldiers.

Yeah really like how he handled this. He managed to stay in good rapport with the guy while still coming down hard on him. Not everyone is as smooth!

This corruption interrogation is more sobering than an ethical training course a company might make us take. If a chief can face this kind of heat for his incompetence and greed, we can take lesson to resist urges to skim/misreport. Thank you for publishing.
Do some research on what happens to cops who snitz on other cops, ie. tell the truth about other cops. The term is called Omerta, and it is enforced by blue line thugs mercilessly. All informants, and there are not many in total, face two options, either they go with the flow and become corrupt themselves, or, they lose their job, most cases also get a divorce, and many therefore commit suicide.
What heat are you crazy? This dude deliberately robbed the city cut the hours of a subordinance to take the money for himself falsified records and then lied to these police and got a slap on the wrist. DUDE! I learned something crazy from this! I thought it was weird that he randomly said the woman had a uti and I was like uhhh what does that have to do with anything, and then he said she was hallucinating and incinerating that they were related and that no one was actually in the trailer. I was so confused, so I looked up “can UTIs cause hallucinations” and found out that YES! And not only that, “Altered mental status is often the only symptom of a UTI in an elderly person. Behavior such as increased confusion, hallucinations, agitation, dizziness, falls and poor motor skills are often mistaken for early stages of dementia, but all can be caused by a UTI.” That just blew my mind. Kinda unrelated to the overall video, but that was actually really important information I thought people should know with elderly parents.
I didn’t know that and I missed him even saying that in the video!
UTI symptoms are often very similar to those of stroke victims, including garbled speech. It's truly terrifying!
I think you meant "insinuating" not "incinerating". These are totally different words. Let's just say it was your computer's auto-correction that did that to you.
I work for a mental health crisis team and when I get an assessment for anyone elderly standard practice is to do a urine test before anything else as a UTI can cause psychotic symptoms
@@angelasmith5104 my sister used to do mental health evaluations at a hospital, and the first question she would ask in a situation like this was whether they had checked for a UTI. It's scary how many doctors and nurses are not aware of this. It has to be a major issue at skilled nursing facilities, especially if the patient is catheterized.
"No, no, no. You're not going to jail. This is an internal investigation". That is corruption. Any civilian working for a private employer would be charged. The police should be too.
In the US, police are allowed, & encouraged, to lie.
This sounds more like pure incompetence than actual corruption.
That said, it's not the job of the people from internal investigation to press charges, their job is to find irregularities and send them to the mayor, the mayor is the one who decides whether to press charges or not.
Yeh…that is something I’ve never understood. I know that police are permitted to lie under certain circumstances, especially when it involves interrogations, but this is one instance I simply don’t understand.

@@syyneater usually yeah, but in small towns like this things are usually a bit more straight-forward.
I'm a nurse, and a UTI in an elderly person does cause severe confusion. A quick onset of confusion is one of the first symptoms to trigger an assessment of a UTI. Absolutely not trying to say that this man is not crooked because he is the definition of.

He needs to know what they know first and get the gist of what he's accused of.
If anyone watches Mr Olympia every year, the interrogator sounds just like the main host.
1:32:55 I love how he comes in with the 'well maybe I shoulda kept a book on Andy' lol.... uhhh did you just use your literal job duty as a way to get back at a coworker? lol
Apparently this department doesn't have any physical fitness requirements 🤦🏾♂️
150000000% honest wow!!! They should definitely keep this man around, cause that is some honesty right there.🙄
Yeah, what's all the fuss about when he's 150,000% honest.
He obviously doesn't know how percentage works.. amongst a lot of other things. 😉
He seems good with figures 🤣
That's almost too much honesty if you as me
Wow, impressive. Dalia Dippolito could only manage to be 5000% sure she wanted her husband killed.
There’s a sheriff in a small county named Culpeper, Virginia that needs to be investigated like this chief!! Corruption overflow
I’ll remember you said that the next time I’m near climax. Maybe you should mind your buisness and worry more about YOUR family and YOUR crimes and less about what we do in culpeper
Are you seriously talking about The Dukes of Hazard? 🤣🤷♀️
That was hazard Kentucky
Yes, but is he shaped like a Thanksgiving turkey too?
There's corruption in all states. im sure it's also in the White House. The politicians as well are all dirty... Dirty crooked country ran by many thief crooks..
Jimmy didn't realize he had the right to bear arms
Does anyone else get frustrated when people go over 100% to emphasize how strong they feel on whatever it is. You can't have more than 100% of something it's impossible! You can have a 101+% increase in something
You were being way too kind and forgiving with this guy, SS. He's a woefully incompetent shmuck. After being called out on ALL of those flagrant infractions, his response at the end is, "Yeah, I'll *probably* start tightening some things up tomorrow." What an absolute doofus.
He's white no white person believes a white person can do anything on purpose
It's called being in tune with the white supremacist
@@jerrygraves6531 what an asinine comment. Do you get yourself dressed in the morning or does mom still help you? Way to like your own comments btw, very clever.
@@jerrygraves6531 judging by your videos, you hate everyone. Especially mommy and daddy. We call that mommy and daddy issues here outside the basement.
@@jerrygraves6531 That's just plain moronic. I bet there is pretty much an identical percentage of idiots in every colour.
I've heard of the long arm of the law but this is my first time seeing the scrawny one
"paperwork is clearly not their strong suit"
Summarized the ENTIRE interrogation in that line and I almost cried 🤣😭💀👌🏾🤌🏾
😂😂😂
This is gold
i had an accidental discharge once 16 years ago and i’m still paying for it ..
Amazing how much was “never meant to be accurate”. What a piece of work.
Credit where credit is due...it's a huge accomplishment for a sentient cannonball to be so socially "sharp" by claiming ignorance lol
I agree, speaking of him at home watching Cops, all I can hear is the show theme song, but when I hear “Bad boys” I immediately think of the police.
I can tell you that I liked this video, one hundred fucking million percent.
Wow... This snowballed quickly.
Jimmy's body looks like a sheet filled with doorknobs
Notice how loud the chief talks whenever he is answering questions. Almost like he is trying to convince the officer his answers are truthful. 🤥
You can delegate authority but you CANNOT delegate responsibility. This is a common pitfall amongst supervisors but the consequences are dire.
More
Responsibility is not the same as accountability. You can be responsible for a task, but your boss is accountable for what you are doing. Hope you understand the difference.
But most supervisors manage to dodge that
Well said.
@@ahar7624 Or just be like today's quiet quitter/woke youth who never does anything they are asked to do, but believes they still deserve to be paid better.
Short and t shirt watching cops!? Lol😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂here for the the small arm comments 🙌🙌🙌💃🏽💃🏽
This is a guy everyone avoids at parties because he literally never stops talking.
😂😂😂🎉😂😂
I grew up in Preston Idaho and back in the 90s early 2000s the Chief of police was cooking meth and busting other cooks and taking over there labs and finally in 2005 the FBI came to town and arrested those punks. You should look that up and do a story
Say what!? You better believe I'm looking this up, how juicy
@@alongfellow4147 I put this out there on all these channels praying someone will due a story on it. My step dad was one of these lames so I got all the juicy shit
Our local police chief was stealing coke out the evidence locker to give to his girlfriend, who was giving it to the coke dealer she was married to 🤣
During the 90s I visited my best friend whose family moved to Prairie Grove, AR from Seattle. She mentioned the Chief of Police was the towns dealer. I had a hard time believing that, even though she's never lied and didn't have a reason to at this point. Later as we were coming out of their one grocery store, we both watched as the portly sherif handed off and was paid. I was in shock.
@Edward lost me bro
Damn. 8 min into the second hour-long commercial, did I brave to change! 😆
Nice to see that there is no physical requirements for becoming and staying a police officer
Wait, this guy is accused of stealing car batteries? How the hell can he lift them with those arms? This guy is the physical representation of a kids stick figure.
This is the kind of corruption I see in Malvern Arkansas. Our mayor had stolen $250,000 from the city and claimed he got hit in the head at a softball game and developed amnesia from it. It was good enough for the local police to believe him and stopped chasing where the stolen money was
WOW!
Oh good grief 🙄😒 sounds like y'all need to get the town together to engage in some protests and civil disobedience.
LOL
Sorry this made me laugh, got this image of sheriff Roscoe from the dukes of hazard trying to solve the theft.
@@vanessamw1140 we did! We demanded that he be charged and the prosecuter laid down the law... And locked his secretary up. Nobody knows where the money went but his secretary got a year in the county jail. She got the "Epstein treatment". She did her time every weekend and spent Monday through Friday at her house. I really wish I was joking or making this up but I'm not. The mayor's son was dealing drugs and the police and sheriff were running protection for him. For a few years he didn't have to worry about competition because they were all getting locked up. His son ultimately died from a drug deal gone bad. Google will show I'm not making this crap up. His name is Steve Northcutt. He now is the manager over the same water utility he stole from
When they were talking to him about the log of misconduct that they were keeping about his whereabouts not being where he said he was or where he said he was supposed to be, why was that allowed to go on for several years? Why wasn't that dealt with and nipped in the bud after a few months? He's also being super manipulative with the detectives, trying to guilt trip them "I know you guys are gonna send a report over to her and I know she's going to fire me" and "maybe I should've been keeping a book on them and all they were doing!"
Stumbled across this again...HOW is this guy the chief of anything?? Seriously. Its mind boggling to me
Smh it's disgusting to see a grown man refuse to actually take real accountability. He failed completely.
Yeah. He should have been responsible for what he ate. He's a big guy. Clearly unable to control himself.

@@ohaiClemmy when they said he was in shorts watching cops i just thought to myself that's what u get when u use a voting system for high up and important jobs like chief of police . Like that's a high up position that has to be earned by a person with years on the job. Not just some fat lazy duck that gets it using a smile and few brown envelope's with cash . Iv heard of people like politicians here in Ireland getting positions after bribing people but only in America could àny plain old Joe of the street become chief of police without been quailified for the job its actully very dangerous if u think about it .
