I have a difficult time understanding how a mother could abandon her children to make her boyfriend happy. This is not a mental condition, this is evil.

@@michellenuzzello3015 I have a lot of words for them. Beasts in human form, cattle, degenerates, hylics, subhuman, braindead, golem, empty vessels, weak, cowardly, self centered, and generally just utterly and outright braindead.
It was 2 am, dark, raining and he KNEW they were being abandoned. He was so scared he tried to stop a van with his little fingers. There aren't words to describe how horrible this is.

I cry thinking of this poor babies last moments and his siblings being with their brothers dead body and also being abandoned. I hope they’re in a better home now.
When she says' I can't do that to my kid that's my blood child ' that makes me so mad;! My daughter is 6 and when I try to go grocery shopping and leave her with her dad she cries and I always give in because I love her so much I can't stand to see her cry for anything all I picture is james crying begging for his mommy when she wants to dumb him and he knew it !! She wasn't coming back .. precious baby boy I'm so sorry this happened.. I just want to hold him and care for him his mother is a POS ! She doesn't even cry when she tells the story

I couldn't even imagine leaving a child in a place like that to scare them...I mean WTF....I can't even leave my children in their room at night if they are crying and scared. I mean what kind of person would think to do something like that. Sickening😡🤮💔
If anyone wants to know how a child can be abandoned by their mother feel free to contact my mother. She abandoned my brother and I when our father was in Vietnam. She left us in a locked home as a 6 month old and a 2 1/2 year old and decided to move almost 1000 miles away to Texas so she could be with a new man. We were nothing but baggage that interfered with her own partying and limited her abilities to have that fun. Luckily we were found by a family member that broke into the home, due to hearing us inside and crying. Just because a woman gives birth to someone it does not mean she is a mother.
I also seen everything like men, drugs and partying come before my little adopted sister when my parents were just helping out her mom. I didn’t understand it before I became a mom or after but I’m still truly sorry you had to experience that.

She was completely emotionally and morally detached from her kids. Referring to them as "the brother and the sister" and "that little boy". Boyfriends come and go ( this guy wasn't even attractive 🤮), but the love a child has for it's mother is unconditional. I can't fathom why she would choose a man over her kids. She doesn't deserve an ounce of peace for the rest of her miserable life

I'm so thankful there are people with the strength to handle these cases with patience and professionalism. I pray they can sleep soundly at night knowing they are heroes who serve justice for these defenseless children and not haunted by the atrocities they have to unravel. What a tremendous responsibility to bear.
Well they want to be able to put them away so they have to be able to compartmentalize the crime. I had to do it as a psychiatrist in corrections and interviewing people like her.
I so agree...wives or husband's of police men really need to have patience and understanding...as there is no way this cannot seep over into their mental health

You have ZERO right to not be working when your children don’t even have beds to sleep in. “I sleep in after 8 most days.”

My heart goes out to the children. They didn’t deserve that. She could have easily left the man, this did not have to be an option.

I have two children that I'm raising right now as a single mother living in poverty and there is no way in this Godless world that I would abandon my children because of poverty or an annoyed, good-for-nothing boyfriend. American poverty is peanuts compared to the types of poverty we witness in less developed countries. But, even in the most impoverished land of "no opportunities" loving mothers still exist. After all, a mother is a mother, poor or rich. The only thing "truely evil" is all of the virtue signaling, patronizing BS you typed while not realizing that in order to spell truly you have to drop the 'e'. While you're at it, drop the pretense and bull. Quit being so empathetic to everyone's "sad sob story" that you fail to show empathy for actual victims who deserve your care and compassion. Little James and his siblings are the ONLY victims that matter in this story.

My daughter got lost in safeway when she was 4. It was about 30 seconds from noticing she wasn't with me, to absolute, lock the doors, send out a search party, panic. The rising sick feeling was horrendous. The panic must have been so clearly in my face. I was shouting for her at the top of my lungs, not caring what anyone else thought. The images of what may happen to her bouncing around my mind, increasing my fear by the second.
She was in the next aisle.
She'd been 'missing' for about 3 minutes.

She referred to her dead child as "the little boy"! I'm heartbroken. That poor child having a mother like that had no chance for a good life. I thank God my daughter is a loving, attentive mother who would walk through fire for my grandson.

As a mother, she has to be seriously jacked in the head. I couldn’t imagine hurting my son, he’s almost 5 and fell off the couch resulting in him hitting his face on the coffee table knocking a couple teeth out of place and needing stitches on his lip, I literally cried almost all night. Even just hearing his cry when he gets shots makes me cry. There’s nothing in the world that can make me hurt him and seeing videos like this just makes me want to adopt so bad. If I can give atleast one kid a good life I will be happy with myself. I hope the females in prison deal with females like this real good.

One morning my son hid under his bed to try to skip school. I guess he thought i wouldnt find him and id be like "ope, Simon is gone, guess hes not going to school today" lol. I ran around, 8 months pregnant by the way, searching the house calling his name. Ran out side calling his name. His grandparents are our neighbors so i called to see if he woke up early to get grandmas famous cinamon toast. Nope. But they were back at my door in under 20 seconds. I was frantic. I couldnt breathe. My mind was going crazy with scenarios. Then i think he realized it had gone too far and he popped up in the hallway. As soon as i saw that childs face a wave of.relief washed over me. My knees buckled and i fell to the ground sobbing. Its an on going joke between us now. He says he knows how much i love him based on how ugly my scream and my cry over him was lol. This was a matter of 5 minutes. 5 minutes. People like this make me sick. And the scariest part is they are out there being shit ass parents and get away with it until something like this happens.

One day I thought that my cat had gotten outside and ran away, I was a total wreck, crying, searching, damn near pulling my hair out with worry and overwhelming guilt. I cannot even BEGIN to imagine what it would be like to have a missing child or to kill your child. This woman is not a mother. Pretty much anyone can give birth but that doesn’t make you a mother. This is SICKENING.

dude my dog has run away a lot and every time i would get so anxious i would have to just stand there closing my eyes trying not to throw up and shaking uncontrollably ..i couldn’t even help look for him bc i couldn’t even face what was happening i was so scared … i can’t even begun to im again if something happened to my future child.

This would be comforting to someone innocent and only a threat to someone who is guilty.

The fact that he died trying to run back to her after being abandoned in the cold dark of the night is absolutely heartbreaking. I wish I was there to take those poor kids in and give them love and care they deserve. Special place in hell for this monster.

Couldn't agree more. I can't understand her lack of affect she's flat and emotionless. I'd be freaking the f*ck out if my son were missing. I lost my son in a crowd for a few minutes once and it was the single most terrifying moments of my life.

@mbc65 I lost my son to cancer and I couldn't help but blame myself for that th3 doctors had to assure me constantly I did everything I could. People like this need serious help and they don't get it and it will keep going too more than likely the world is a crazy place

Huge indicator that she was guilty was lack of emotion. If my child was missing I guarantee the interviewer wouldn’t be able to understand a thing I say cause I would be scream crying uncontrollably.

It’s strange that she’s very adamant to talk about things like not going in the bathroom with them, not letting the boys sleep with the girls, but then continues to lie about trying to abandon her children, and ultimately disposing of her sons body. Girl, one of those is worse than standing in the bathroom all your son uses it🤷🏼♀️😩

They may never of been caught out for the child abuse, only for her dear little boy going missing, and then being dumped in a river. 😢 There’s no remorse what so ever, a normal Mother would be beside her self if her child was missing. How often do we hear of the boy friends abusing and not wanting the partners kids. Why or how, could you choose a boyfriend over your kids, it’s far from normal.

The issues she keeps bringing up with the kids peeing on themselves... thats a symptom of abuse. I also had a similar issue when I was a child. Diagnosed CPTSD. It can be a symptom of verbal abuse, physical, and sexual abuse. She even talks about it like "oh well he got in trouble for peeing on himself".... no kid should ever feel bad about that ever. It shouldn't even be a problem. Yes, I know accidents happen... but that's not what I am talking about here.
She also mentioned around 1:22:00 (approx) that she was raped as a child. I wonder if that affected that. People who are sexually abused often abuse others

She was funny describing how she helped her son to the bathroom when he woke from a nightmare. She said the kids complained she was looking at thier bodies when she said she was washing thier "parts". What WAS that!?
i grew up with friends who got punished for soiling themselves, the 'logic' being that the kid knew he/she needed to go to the bathroom,but they didn't want to stop playing long enough to run in.I always thought the practice was idiotic and quite frankly,a form of abuse..noone punishes an adult for trusting a fart one too many times, but kids get their asses beat for the exact same thing.
She lied and said they let them stand in the corner to discipline them. Then when the officer told her the girl had a black eye, she said James punch her to discipline her. She is pure evil
The image of a little kid trying to climb back into his family van, not understanding why he's being left, and getting dragged, has to be the saddest thing I've ever heard in my life! 6 year old kids are so cute, how a human being could do that is beyond me.

It is easier to disassociate when saying "the body" instead of something more personal like "my son's body". My gosh...6 years old! Ugh!!! I swear this is the exact kind of person my ex DIL is. She has none of her 4 children in her care anymore, thankfully!

My take is that little James wouldn't get out the van and she threw him to the ground. Then drive over him as she fled from her children.

I thought the same thing - that I would freak out if one of my kids went missing - until it happened to me. I didn't freak out - completely the opposite - very rational and organized - at least while my 2-year-old daughter was missing. Once I got her back in my arms - well that's a different story.

Toileting issues in kiddos are rarely just about the process of toileting, in my experience and education. Considering what she did to the poor kid he mostly likely experienced a great deal of abuse.

Fucking hell. Watching this video I decided to look a little more into the details of this case. The things that were revealed about what those poor kids went through is just heart breaking. Hog-tied, literally hog-tied and left in a closet for six hours after acting up. Being punched repeatedly by the boyfriend and the mother, and of course what we already knew about how they were left in the park and how James chased after his mom as she drove away and being run over. When she dropped them off in the park to abandon them, all three were tied up, hog-tied. And somehow the littlest one managed to free himself. And he tried to chase after his mother, the same mother who was leaving them for dead, only to get run over by her and have his body dumped in a lake her by her and the boyfriend. (Just typing this out, makes me sick to my stomach...) Those poor kids probably would have had more of a chance of surviving if he hadn't chased after her and they just stayed in that park. Heartbreaking.

1:19:09 This hits hard for me because my dad used to do _exactly_ that…starting at the age of 6, when I would go to visit my dad after the divorce, he would purposely get me to turn my attention to something else, like ask me to find a different size shirt, then he would quickly and quietly hightail it out of the store. The first time it happened, I turned back around when he was maybe 50-100 feet away. I started panicking and running after him yelling something like, “daddy daddy, wait for me!” But he was just so much faster. I got to the door of the store right as I saw the taillights of his van disappearing into the night (it was like 9pm). I was so scared, with a feeling of dread, and tears streaming down my face. He came back a few minutes later and got me, laughing hysterically at my fear and pain, they were his favorite drug. Luckily, he started pulling that abandonment game so often, that us kids eventually weren’t even phased when he would take off. We’d just sigh, roll our eyes, and wait for him to come back. But he took special joy in tormenting me, my siblings, and even the occasional neighborhood kids. He would actually _brag_ to other adults about how he scared one of my little friends (also 6) so bad that he peed himself; he was particularly proud of that accomplishment. As an adult now, I can’t understand why other people didn’t say anything…like, who brags about terrifying children? Maybe they were just as messed up as he was, or maybe he played it off as a joke, or maybe that’s one of the reasons why he was constantly moving states….ugh, sorry for the rambling, it just hit me hard and sent me down memory lane…

When my oldest was a toddler, I came home from work, went into her room, and couldn't find her. I immediately panicked and asked her dad if he knew where she was, and he said she was in the room. I told him she wasn't in there and we immediately started searching the apartment. The closet door in her room was closed, I opened it and there she was asleep on the floor in the pitch black of her closet. Scared the sh*t out of her Dad and I. I could never show such little care for any child none the less my own. Heartbreaking.
