Talking when you’re innocent isn’t smart. Talking when you’re guilty is beyond stupid. Saying you put it on your kids that you didn’t do anything when you’re guilty is basically saying give me the max because I am a narcissistic sociopath and don’t care about anyone. It’s wild how dumb she is and how she thought she could rat out these dudes with no consequences
She solved the case for them when she ratted out her accomplices. I'm not sure what she was trying to accomplish by that.
Narcissistic belief that they are smarter than the cop is usually what gets them jailed.
I've seen "part one" (for lack of a better term), many many times on several channels but this is the first time I have seen the detective confront her. Thank you very much for this!

It’s blatantly obvious that she’s an idiot who thinks she’s some kind of criminal mastermind, which is a dangerous combination. She didn’t think any of this through and it was even mentioned that she was high on meth when trying to hide her husband’s belongings. It’s a really bad idea for anyone to commit crimes, but it’s especially bad when you commit crimes and have the IQ of a goldfish

It’s truly a heartbreaking and infuriating case. My husband saved my life, there’s a good chance I wouldn’t be here without him. I love that man more than anything in the world and would protect him from any harm that tried to come his way. So when I hear about these awful cases in which someone murders their spouse, I just shake my head at what this world is coming to. Samantha is right where she needs to be and should never get out of prison.
Oh, and she was doing so well up until the 9th minute! Some of these detectives are brilliant manipulators

That’s spot on, it’s why this case has similarities to Dee Dee Moore murdering Abraham Shakespeare, she tried claiming that someone broke in to murder him for money, she was at the house with him but she was able to talk these imaginary intruders out of killing her. A lot of these evil dirtbags are too stupid to understand that when someone breaks into a home for monetary gain or whatever, they kill all the witnesses. You simply aren’t gonna be able to talk them out of killing you or someone else, by leaving someone alive, they’re running the risk of that person going to the police and giving a description, leading to their arrest. Any detective with an ounce of common sense isn’t going to buy that story
