I actually met Ray Moody unfortunately. He enrolled at HGTC and was the only man in my cosmetology class. They kicked him out after about a week or so and we never knew why until he was arrested. I have a pic of me and him as parters in class together. He offered to drive me home numerous times. I’m the same age as Britney. I’m a brunette and petite like Britney. I’m so grateful nothing ever happened.

However there were about 5 things that proved it wasn’t me. Police were only interested in the things that connected me with the crime. I refused to cooperate. I asked them aren’t you going to ask me why I am innocent? It was pointed out to me that this is not how the system works.
The important thing was to get a conviction ... it matters little whether you’re innocent or guilty.
I complained about this to the media and the Public Prosecutors but no one was interested.

I just feel bad for the girl…hearing them say the body was returned to the family…like she’s just an object now…she’s not Brittany anymore. I just don’t get it. For sex with a pretty girl?? That she didn’t even want too…only for you to eventually turn yourself in anyway?? I know rape is a close second to murder, but man, if that’s all he’d of done then she’d still be here. I mean, I imagine he killed her because he didn’t want to go to jail for rape…so why tf are you going to kill her just to go to jail a little while later…and now it’ll be for the rest of your life? Smh why do people like this have to exist, man…

Ikr. I do not understand it at all. The biggest turn off on earth has to be knowing someone is a serial sex offender. Even if you date them and don't know what they are, the instant you find out, dump them. I had a friend who dated a sex offender but I didn't know he was one at first. But I came to realise what he was and I could not hear a word about him without telling her she was insane. We fell out over it. He repeatedly exposed himself to young girls and he got caught and told my friend that he just wanted to take a leak and they saw him do it. And she believed him. Seriously. This was an intelligent woman too. I just looked at her when she told me and said 'omg you don't believe him do you?' and she claimed she did. 'What every time he happened to get his dick out to 'urgently pee' and had to go in the street or the park there just happened to be young girls around?' and my friend said nothing but she would not acknowledge the stupidity of his excuse. And that's the stuff she told me about. He did worse than that. Anyway we fell out over it and I was shocked and appalled that she would date such a low life lying sex offender scum bag.

I used those because it's the first long term things I thought of. I can't tell you about a boring weekend 10 years ago. Even if you had something that would trigger me to recall, It would all run together and be hazy. This is where our brains kinda fvck us. We have glimpses of moments here and there and your brain kinda fills in the rest, especially if someone is telling you something like "you were there for sure! I remember seeing you drunk and hanging out with the president!" Or whatever lol. Memories are very easy to manipulate and it's dangerous telling someone they should remember because of blank ... She couldn’t even tell the cops the truth about her being with them that night so she was protecting him and for that Brits family wasn’t able to get closure until much later. The ONLY time its ok to withhold information or even a suspicion from the cops regarding a murder is when you feel your life would be in jeopardy. In this situation that was not the case. Well, let's not jump to conclusions in such a situation. I mean, check the trunk for dead blondes, but try not to jump-the-gun, and all that...

brittanee was from my hometown. her poor parents never stopped their search for her. i’m glad they finally have closure, her name always lingered in local news without any answers until now. rest in peace, brittanee ❤

Surprising to see a suspect just up and leave an interview like that. It seems pretty rare on this channel (and YT in general). She could have just kept going, but didn't. Good thing most criminals are stupid.

It was explained to her that they knew she had confessed to the crime, this is when she became aware that if she walked out she didn't know how quickly they would be coming for her.

lol honestly i love watching interrogation videos, but I do wish there were smarter criminals to watch.
I guess those are rare because the smart ones would shut questioning down with a lawyer request and invoking their right to be silent immediately.

@@jonstewart6860 Yeah I get that. She thought she could convince the police she wasn't a suspect. That is also her problem, as literally nothing she could have said would have made the police not suspect her. Even if she had the most plausible explanation in the universe for her admission, that wouldn't have convinced the police that she was not a suspect. This is the great misunderstanding that leads to criminals thinking they can convince the police, which usually just gives the police more confirmation of the suspect's guilt, not less.
