I love the compact size and flush switches. I have a tx16s max. And it’s a pain to travel with, also easy to break switches. This seems like a great solution for me

I am totally happy with the Radiomaster TX12 Mk II. Much smaller than the TX16 but it has hall gimbles, longer battery life because of two batteries. I guess it could be a good alternative to this pocket radio.
@@LeanderVanhulle The spring tension even in max position is very low, I agree. It's difficult to feel stick midposition. But I got very used to it and now have no problems. I am anyway using "umbrella" style flat sticks to have better contact surface for my Thumbs.

It's good not to spend so much money when you're new to a hobby and you don't even know if you're going to like it or not. With the pocket you can start getting sim time in and building up muscle memory so you can fly your first drone and you may find that the Pocket is all you need. If you really want you can get another radio in the future and keep the Pocket around as a travel or backup radio.
