Maybe attach the cooker to a small wagon for ease of moving it around. I really want one now!
Yeah a wagon would work, I already added wheels to it. Thanks!
@@RoguePreparedness I can’t wait to see what you cook in it next!

I was going to get an All American but just so expensive. This is basically the same thing for half the cost. Thanks for watching!

That's awesome. Hope he enjoys his new solar oven!
Great job

I have an All Season Solar Oven. There are tons of recipes and how-to. Definitely get a regular kitchen oven thermometer to put in your solar oven beside the food container. Needed for food safety along with timing cooking based on heat available. A black cloth is best if you want to cover the eggs in your pan for more heat retention. Aluminum foil over the eggs will reflect the heat. FWIW.... I've painted canning jars black to use for cooking soups and such in our ASSO.
Enjoy your adventure into solar cooking! Thanks for sharing.
Good build. Thanks for the video on this. I ve been wanting to do something like this for awhile now. I know what im doing this spring! Any chance you have the dimensions of the Styrofoam cooler? And where can we find one ?
Head to the blog post in the description for all the details! :) Enjoy!
good job
Thanks!
Hi osb horrible for heat, like galvanized steel- produces poison with heat
The resins in OSB are designed to completely cure in the hot press process at the plant, and after the process, mills hot stack panels for at least 48 hours after trimming to allow gases to dissipate, and current findings are that the OSB panels will only very minimally off gas after that, doing so only when coming in contact with high heat (MUCH higher than produced in a sun oven, not to mention, it is not air tight in the sun oven, so IF there are gases being let out, they're properly dissipating) and cutting, such as when they are cut on site during construction or demolition.
In saying that, you do whatever you feel is best.
