This is one of the most valuable videos on the subject I have seen so far!
Low green tech ist the best!
The mushroom insulation idea is very original yet sustainable. I wonder how did you come up with it? Double glasing is very important to reduce further heat loss.

To avoid fumes from the paint, why not use an oven liner sheet as the black base? It's food grade, so no toxic materials and it can withstand high temperatures.

    very nice cooker

Nice cooker, but you're wasting a lot of usable surface. By shaping the inner box like a rectangular funnel you can use all the sunlight hitting the cooker. Insulate with rock wool

So what the gassing off of all the paint and sap within the wood getting into your food? It would be better to figure out some better materials to make the boxes from.

My thoughts exactly. I have tried to think of an alternative to black paint and have come up with the idea of using oven liner sheets. Black and food grade and can withstand high temperatures.

Hello and thanks for the video. Do you have any resource to share concerning the insulation made with mushroom mycelium? (And the two links in the description are down)

Maybe a tube cooker. You can also put it outside if you have a window sill.

box type is the most complicated one. unnecessary. there are way more simpler ones that work just as well
