Change the block heater, it's a half-hour job! Use a propane torch to heat the oil pan/ oxy acetylene! When I worked up in the Yukon milling mine timbers, we would use industrial pans filled with used oil lit on fire under the loaders, logging trucks & flat decks for about 45 minutes to an hour before starting then up! 16 hour days 6 days a week, after dinner and shower time power plant shuts off till start up!

you can cycle the glow plug heaters multiple times before cranking
6.0 plugs stay on for at least 2 mins after the light turns off
Use a heat lamp all night
NEVER use starting fluid without disabling the glow plugs. Ive had/seen whole intakes blow apart doing that.
