Miriam In China I love watching your channel to unwind. You give the impression of a very calm and peaceful life although I know it cannot truly be like that without modern conveniences; I especially thought so after watching you make pizza, when us in the west eat it as a ‘fast food’ yet yours appeared to take hours to make. Did your family enjoy it? Especially with the new flavour of cheese. Your mother in law has a lovely friendly face, it’s nice to see you have been accepted by them, and your husband is so handsome! I know you don’t reply very often but I think your family are super. I’d love to know if you see your forever home in China?

She is really good at folding the dumpling. I am impressed and jealous! I tried so many times with no success. I remember my Mother and Grandmother, when I was a kid in China, making dumplings and dongs (rice with fillings wrapped in bamboo leaves) for festive occasions. Hi Miriam. How did you meet your husband and are you teaching your kids English and mandarin at the same time? It just goes to show that people can adapt to their environment if they are willing. I'm so glad that your in laws are ok with this situations. I'm glad I came across your blog. Thanks for sharing.

    我从来没有去过青海,看了你的视频真得感觉青海的文化和南方的文化大不相同!一般南方的主食都是米饭然后配几个菜,原来青海的主食一般是面。好喜欢你的视频!❤️

Hi, Miriam. I'm new to this channel and subscribing after the video of your love story. Sansan is adorable and you have such a wonderful family. Your content is great, heartfelt, and I can feel the joy from the relationship you had with your loved ones. The quality of this video is amazing, I love how you captured all the details and I love the music in this vid. Do you study film making in Shanghai? Your vids are seriously well done! Would love to see how it is made, if you're planning to show the behind the scenes, that would be awesome.
By the way, that baozi looks good. I hope you'll be able to share more local food making, the wonderful places and people. I've never been to China and looking forward to go there someday. It would be great to be able to get a glimpse of the culture in that other part of the world, for now.
Happy Lunar New Year to you and your family, may this year bring more joy and happiness in your life ;)
