      我妈每年都会买菜籽拿去榨油,然后买肥猪肉熬油。两样都准备,几十年都是这样过来的。另外,榨菜籽油剩下的残渣我们这里叫油枯。

Wow,this was so nice. It's actually just the same procedure as with olive oil. I live in Greece and many families on the island I live on have their own olive trees and harvest in December to make oil. Exactly as for you, families take the collected olives (people here collect by hand) to the local oil mill and the oil is used during the year to come. You should make documentaries, your videos are great!

I'm so happy that you say that! I am planning to do this next year, 2020. To film the whole process of rapeseed, wheat and perhaps some more crops or veggies. From preparing the soil, the sowing, the growing season, the harvesting, and then how it's stored and used. But it's a long process, so those videos will probably not be ready until 2021! In Sweden we have a saying that goes like this "The one who awaits something good, can never wait for too long". Haha. I just hope that they will turn out well!

I really wish that you can be teacher in rural. Not only you can teach children/teenagers English, but also you can share your view of point, your worldwide expirience, your attitude to life You will plant the hope to each child to explore the world ,also to love their life and family. That will really change their life.
