    First and foremost, thank you so very much for all of your videos. They’ve been a huge help to me THANK YOU! This is the first time I’m attempting to crochet since I was 6 and now I’m well past 50! Idk if bulky, fluffy yarn was a smart choice for my first project, but that’s all I had on hand since I’m disabled and I can’t get out often. You mentioned that you had a video to show how to crochet a single stitch border that could possibly be used to help with wonky edges, but I didn’t see it posted in your video description. If I missed it I’m sorry.

    Hi! Quick question, the cakes label says to use a 9 mm hook. Why did you use an 11 mm? And is there a difference if I just use a 9?

    • @SigoniMacaroni
      @SigoniMacaroni  3 года назад +5

      Hi Andrea! Good question. I used an 11mm because it gives the blanket more drape. You can use a 9mm but it will make your stitches tighter creating a stiffer fabric. It will also turn out smaller than the one I designed with the 11mm

    • @adrienne7374
      @adrienne7374 2 года назад

    • @SigoniMacaroni
      @SigoniMacaroni  3 года назад +5

      No you can absolutely customize it yourself. Just chain until you reach your desired width. I used 52 because I wanted it to be wide enough to wear it covered my lap (and then some) but also long enough to reach past my toes without running out of yarn. If you decide to make yours wider and longer, just know that you will need more yarn than what I used
