My berghaus 4.1 XL comes with a different type of heavy duty pegs for the 4 corners , they are thick plastic pegs and are very hard to pull out. Is it advisable to use them? Or can I just use the normal tent pegs already provided?
Great instructions from a fellow Scot, cheers Stuart, considering buying a Berghaus air tent in march this year for my camping trips in Aviemore an fort William, glen Nevis , looks easy to put up an cracking tent, lots of Berghaus air tents to choose from in blacks Aviemore where I buy tents an camping gear from all the time, thanks again this video has made my mind up, Berghaus air tent is a must for me saves faffing around wi poles in wind an rain when pitching ,👌🏴👍
Always wondered Stuart, how do you close the doors on a deflated tent before you inflate the tubes? plus, the description says you would show how to assemble the pump... never saw that either?
I don't see how to use the anchor pegs in the corners. Stuart went too fast. Bought one today, looked at the straps, and they don't look like pegging loops.
Hi Mike, The corner anchor points are the large webbing straps , there are no smaller loops or pegging points to use. These can be used to pin the tent down and from then you can adjust the tension by shortening the tap. This system is the same way you would tighten up back pack straps. I hope this helps. Hi Richard, Here is a link to the Berghaus Air Range where you can purchase the tent: www.blacks.co.uk/collections/berghaus-air-collection/ If you are unsure about something in the video please let us know what it is and we will explain it in the comment section for you. Adam | Blacks Outdoors
This is a terrible piece of communications. He talks too fast, doesn't show you things clearly and slowly and races far too fast. How can Blacks possibly offer this as a set of instructions. The strong Scottish accent would also make this very difficult for anyone not English mother-tongue. Get your act together Blacks!
Will someone from Blacks please get in touch to explain clearly how to assemble the various bits of the pump, and how to inflate, on particular how to stop air from escaping once you've inflated one beam.
@@debbiemccormack5461 the video states twice you need to make sure the pin is in the upright position to stop air coming out when you remove the air hose. Upright to inflate and retain air, pushed in to deflate.
Survived a red warning storm In Cornwall last year. Brilliant tent, you either don't have one or you've pitched it incorrectly. It's important not to over inflate the beams.
@@wertnevis7319 pitched fine, the design means the backs flap in mild wind . You can't avert this with guide ropes. I think you don't actually own one or work for Berghaus.
2:03 goes from pumping to straight up, thanks for that helpful step
Unbelievable, right!!!
Great video thanks Stuart.

Doe the valves have to be in or out? It just says 'upright position' not sure what that means?

Can you show how to stop a saggy inner tent, correct put up please

It takes two people to get the tent ready to inflate on the ground it's very heavy.

Amazingly vague and bad instructions. You’re supposed to be making this easy!
Speech not clear, music too loud, gave up and didn't watch to the end. Sorry.

@@debbiemccormack5461 do you mean the air is gushing out of the beam after you remove the pump?

😂😂😂😂
Bad tents in the wind. Breezy and flappy.
We camped in severe gales and although noise the tent never budged
