Hi Jen, no we don't unfortunately but it is pretty simple. All you need to do is unscrew the cap, press the air release valve and it will deflate on its own. Roll the tent and apply pressure to make sure the remaining air is removed before folding away. I hope this helps

I'm pretty sure at the end I read 3000mm waterproof outer - yet I see it advertised as 6000mm ???

Hi. Yes, that is a mistake. The tent has a 6000mm HH.
