The doggo had me so nervous! I was wondering why he/she was so fixed and I didn't see the Frisbee till you grabbed it 🤣 I had to re-watch the whole beginning. Well, most of the video I was looking around for the dog haha
It sucks it’s not in the States yet. When my family was stationed in Germany we were able to ship some things to family back home, so the only thing I can suggest for everyone is finding someone reliable to ship it to you.
This one stood up to a really bad storm with heavy winds, and remained in perfect position whilst the bergauf tents struggled, bending in the winds, well done to Coleman's for producing such a robust tent
Hey! Glad to read this comment - I'm totally new to camping and just bought one. I just wondered where on the tent is the entry point for the electrical hookup? Do you have any other advice (e.g. deflating/packing it away, I'm slightly nervous about getting it back into the bag)? Thanks :)
The USP of the Weathermaster is that it has the official blackout bedrooms which can’t be found on any other tent brand. We also like the fact that you have zip curtains, zip dividers and storm straps front & back.
Personally I would say the quality of the Vango would be better and this is shown by the length of the warranty but the Weathermaster has a slightly higher feature spec.
The Coleman's bedrooms are 235cm long vs the 210cm long of the Vango Rome. I saw a video where a campbed couldn't actually fit into the vango as it was too long.
You can ship anything from anywhere for the right price. There seems to be a huge market for these in the states. Would you like me to set up shipping for a dozen of these to the US? I will invest my money to do so. The ongoing excuses for Coleman not to get these to the US is unbelievable. We are basically begging you to take our money for these wonderful products. Yet nothing. I am getting very frustrated with the lack of cooperation!
The main differences is that this has zip up blinds, a point in the window for condensation to escape, a rear zip to access the vent and a slightly higher waterproof level.
I noticed on another website that they were willing to ship to North America and many other places outside of the UK. I wonder how legit that would be.@@AttwoollsCoUk
@@EagleArrow these kind of tent are designed for the UK & European conditions which is quite different to the US, so they have features and specifications for the weather and style of camping we have.
@@AttwoollsCoUk 🤦♀️ Really? That's bunk. USA has same weather in many states as UK, and Europe. Coleman is a USA brand since 1922. All you do is state what type of weather the tent is good for.
@@AttwoollsCoUk You guys are missing the boat but maybe its due to the CCP virus. If you dont ship worldwide the next company will and your balloon will burst.
I have one of these and am looking for an electric pump for the beams. Does anybody know which pump might have the right fitting? I’ve spoken to Coleman’s and they don’t know and ordered the outwell squall, but fitting doesn’t look right. TIA
We’ve managed to use the Dometic Gale Pump on the Coleman valve quite a few times. The adapter doesn’t look the same as supplied with the tent but it works.
@@AttwoollsCoUk thank you. I tried the squall fitting and it attaches fine, but leaves the pin pushed in when you take it off, letting all of the air out. This doesn’t happen with the dometic? Thank you
@@willdudo7044 the reason I believe this happens is because on the Outwell pump there is a plastic bar across the middle of the inside of the adaptor. If you were to drill this out it should solve the issue.
I Love the way he gets out of the awkward situation by throwing the stick for the Dog to chase like it was part of the whole deal.....
These really need to be in the USA. I really want and need this soon.

How's noone commented on the last minute swerve: "designed to make you last, or stay, longer in bed" lol nice catch
Would a high queen air bed fit in the bedrooms? I'm struggling to pick between this & the Hi Gear horizon 700 nightfall
Unfortunately it wouldn't because the height of the airbed would be too tall for the bedroom because of how it slopes at the back
I'm just here for the dog honestly
fantastic review thank you can't decide between this and the Berghaus Telstar 8

@@AttwoollsCoUk great thank you :-) the blackout bedrooms is definitely a feature we want with two young children
Why isnt Coleman offering this in the US? Can I get any airbeam tents here?
Unfortunately we are unsure to why it is only available in Europe but Airbeam tents originated in the UK, so it’s why you see the most amount there.
How could you contrast the 6XL to the Vango ii Rome 550 (for 2 adults and 3 kids) - Quality and features wise.

@@dallan7740 that is correct, it depends on how high the bed is, to whether it will fit.
Can you put flexible lights on each arch in the tent or just the back 2 arches?
What length would you recommend for the sunbeam flexible light kit in the coleman weatherman 8xl?
Love this tent. How do I get one in the United States?

Why aren’t these sold in the US?
Unfortunately Coleman have made these products for the UK market and their requirements. So these may not suit the US requirements.

how many people can it store
There are sleeping bedrooms for 8 people but you can buy extra freestanding inners for accommodate extra guests.

Unfortunately it’s not designed to be used in snow as potentially the weight of the snow would be too heavy on its roof.
