I ran my second on a Hobbs in case it’s last second hard pull, or I just forget it’s nice, and have a switch to hard turn on when I know I’m going to do a long hard pull, I put a carbon fiber Morrosso switch panel in place of the ash tray, looks super clean Q: why not make holes in the trunk above the axel to run the fuel lines? it would allow you to run the back seat and not sit on lines, not shutting on your set up just curious
Thanks for commenting. My back seats haven’t been in the car for 2 years so i rather just use the factory fuel line routing instead of making extra holes
so your running the stock fuel pump and uncut bucket? I'm thinking of doing this same setup. Currently running 535 without valve and 450 as secondary but hate the erratic fuel gauge and and concerned about it running basically bucketless. This seems like a better option other than $1500 for fuel it setup which is absurd.
Cool system but why? You could run two 525’s in a bucket under the seat hidden. I’m running two 525’s but I’m tying my sec one off the motiv reflex & I have the reflex controlling my Mac valve too.
A surge tank setup is superior to the shitty stock low pressure system of these cars. I rather have overkill fueling to be safe. Plans are to be around 1000whp
@@Chefn54 These systems aren’t shitty, not with the stuff they have out today! If you’re running quality pumps & -6AN feed & a regulator in some cases, these systems are perfect! Man you should of just sumped the tank & ran a big external pump! That’s all that is, but it’s inside the trunk. It’s cool I love Radium engineering, it’s just over kill, like I said, a lot of it is just being dumped back in the tank. Twin 525’s are good for about 1300 WHP maybe more & most are still running DI with a hpfp to boot! ✌🏻🏁
Hey what’s happening? There’s nothing wrong with asking questions brother, the bmw N54 community is a pretty cool one. Everyone pretty much likes to help people out. There’s always a few ways to go about doing something, you just have to pick the best solution for what you’re building. I run two walbro 450’s. I thought one was a 535 but it’s not, I hit the 2 by accident, I don’t thing they make a 525 lmao…😂 Anyway the twin 450’s is a stage 3 pump & it’s good for 1000 WHP. So depending on the sz of your port injectors & how good your high pressure fuel pump is I think that’s more than enough. People that make between 700-800 run this kit. Twin lpfp 450’s, 750cc port injectors & they run it off a hobb switch or if you run the motiv reflex plus, which most people do. That will trigger your sec lpfp & your all set. Your tuner will be able to have it fire off where he thinks is best. The max valve runs to the motiv as well. What kind of numbers are you looking for with that turbo & are you going to run E85?
@@murk1352 yeah i live right next to E pumps, just looking to hit the goal of 700 first, didn’t want a fuel system that would max out too soon but also didn’t want to spend $2,200 for a stage 4 kit 💀. Stage 3 looks perfect thanks brother
Incredibly overkill & unnecessary, I LOVE it👍
Very cool build bro 🤘🏾

Nah this is wild
Planning to port heads?
Should of used ptfe fuel lines. They last much longer than cpe
Do you still utilize the fuel in the drive side fuel tank? Or does it just stay full and you just use the passenger side tank.
Talk about rich...! Get it? lol

@@murk1352is that stage 4 Fuel it kit ? sorry kind of a noobie when it comes to fueling. what do you recommend i get to fuel a 6766 ST setup?

Hey Man U in Canada?
No sir
@@Chefn54 Noo we could help each other build cars 😭
what hpfp do you run?
Stock
I’m surprised stock HPFP handles all that !
And stock ekp
Technically his just running the stock pump to feed the tank the others are ran of power and ground with a switch
