      Thank you so much for your videos! I'm a cancer patient, I was overweight when got diagnosed and gain 20 more pounds during chemo.     (edited) .. i was 96 kg .. now I'm 90 kg i lost 6 kg in 2 weeks just with your workout .. without a diet .. now I'm planning to start an intermediate fasting and a diet i think the results would be great .. my goal weight is 56 kg

      Kelley Wyskiel. I understand great sorrows in regard to LIFE ugggh yesterday was my 5th year husbands death anniversary. I was gonna go work with RTTR i went to bed and cried myself to sleep.     This work out is fun and enjoyable; even the music that is played with it is also dance able. Even a 70 year old will be able to follow the moves. One thing that is also good is the absence of advertisements. I like it, Keoni.

      The moves are to the rhythm but the step counter isn't, it's way faster so don't rely on the number of steps on the screen.

      Hi Julie, I've posted the following on the community tab regarding how the step counter works in my videos and hope it could some light on how it works:
      Hello everyone! For those concerned that the step counter seems faster than the actual steps, the method I use is counting as 1 step each time the foot strikes the floor to make the step counter accurate. If there is a knee high, glide or leg curl that is also counted as a step. The steps may seem a bit faster, but I count it according to the beat (1 step per beat). Since I step according to the beat, when I edit, I sync the count to the bar of the music and that's where the published step count is based.
      For those using wrist-based fitness trackers, I think it just happens that some steps don't get counted at times especially with some arm positions or non-movement. If accuracy is a critical factor or especially for long distances, I have suggested to others possibly considering a shoelace pedometer. . Thanks again!😀👍Enjoy your workouts!

      @@repstotherhythm3764 thanks for replying. I agree with your comments about fitness trackers however I still think your step counter is way faster than the beat of the music. I do like your workouts and that you tell us how fast the music is (although I haven't checked that 😉), I generally ignore published steps on all RUclips workouts as I've found they're usually overstated.
