Just because they both moved on. It took me about eight years to get over the pain of the septation of my second husband. She is genuine. I pray she has a little Miranda or Brendon to bond their marriage and not miss out on being a Mother. It's an awesome feeling. I Love her and want her to be happy!!! She really deserves it. I begin to like Miranda Lambert. She is a soul singer that touches everyone’s heart everytime she sings. She is genuine, sincere and with a good heart. Im still hoping blake shelton and miranda will be back again as couple. They both look good.

This song struck a nerve with me. The first time I ever heard it was on the radio as I was driving home from selling my parent's place after their deaths. It was the house I was raised in. I lived there from the age of 5 until I first married at 23. Years later my wife made a picture collage of my parents at the house and included the lyrics to this song. I'll freely admit that I cried when I saw it.
Theres a reason this song is considered by Rolling Stone to be one of the greatest songs of all time.

Just an absolute perfect song. The writing on this is insane… you can tell that the writers are at the very top of their game. I can’t think of any of singer on the planet that could do this song justice. This recording is basically an audio Picasso. It also doesn’t hurt that Miranda is so beautiful…

😭😭😭 I Get emotional EVERY TIME I HEAR HTBM. IT takes me back to the horrible people who take people's houses through Eminent Domeign. THATS what happened to the House That Built ME. "They" kicked out my mom ( who lived there over 50 yrs) and 5 others on a simple little street just to build a DAMN parking lot, that nobody uses. YUP, gave her half of what the house was worth, she played hell moving out, was totally Devastated, and the family has NO MORE HOME THAT BUILT US. It's ALL buried in the "basement". Mom was 75 when that shit happened, she lived till 98. So for 23 years, she mourned all the memories we had in that HOUSE. I mourn it EVERYDAY. I don't live in that town anymore. IT hurts like HELL, when I go HOME to visit family and can't go back to "The HOUSE That Built ME. 💔 I ABSOLUTELY HATE the MORONS who do this to people. I call them "Life Destroyers". I HAD that "little back bedroom, where I learned how to play guitar" (and an accordion, 😄 that my dad and I made a deal on if I learn to play the squeeze box, I could learn that guitar ❤💕) YUP, a LOT of memories are buried in that HOUSE. SOOO, I cry with MIRANDA Every TIME I hear " HTB ME😢😭 " 🏡🏋️♀️👨👩👧 I Love you Miranda, thanks for putting MY story in a song! 💝🎼🎵🎶🎸🎤
