Bought one and an adventurer excellent knives. You really have to be on top of your oiling ,they rust quite quickly. But nothing a bit of garryflex can't remove .for me, they have moved to the top of my list for bang for the buck price. And maybe beats a mora for me .God bless you and your family. I think they did that deliberately with the sheath so that a left handed person can use it as well. Pretty cool idea and saves a lot of time and money producing left handed sheaths.

How is your edge retention? I have been using a BPS Savage daily for a little over a month as a camp kitchen knife. The hardest thing l have cut is a carrot. My edge retention is one use. I have a bamboo cutting board that is pretty hard, so maybe that is the problem.
I usually hit it with a strop and it's good for another day.
I find it fine but have to oil it often as cold and damp here
Nice little Orc slicer, looks a little slim bit like a Mora knife size, razor sharp too.

Great knives I have the BPS adventurer. It’s a amazing knife I paid $38 . I’m pretty sure the sheath is worth that much. The knife is amazing it’s a great camping knife.
I don’t believe you need a $200 knife to camp. RUclips has this thing nowadays everyone pushes crazy expensive knives. You used to see people showing budget blades. It seems nowadays knife companies give these guys knives to push. They don’t say anything bad because they want the free gear. Who goes camping with a $300-400 knife and really uses it.
It’s nice to see someone really looking at affordable stuff. I recommend the adventurer I wrapped the handle with hockey stick grip tape. Try it, I’m telling you it’s a game changer.
I am waiting for the adventure. It hasn’t moved in shipping since June 13th thou :-(
@@prepperinthewoods wow that sucks. You will be really happy with that design. It’s the most useful in my opinion. I also like the one bps B1 that was a copy of the condor bush lore. It was really cheap and on my list. For some reason it went from $20 now it’s $39. I might get it but that’s about the same price as the condor which has better steel (at least on paper).
Seems everything is going up yet we get nothing for the extra money. Sad times
