When Case was exposed to Cradle, he showed so much more emotion than anything Bell showed, despite saying nothing, he showed so much rage, showed so much fear when being tackled by Marshall and Adler when he's hallucinating them as Zombies, and honestly, he might be one of my favorite silent protagonists in the Franchise, aside from *maybe* roach.

(Which is something they have said not specifically about killing Soap but just in general so who knows for sure.) This isn't about doing it again because they did it the first time... Not at all. This multiple companies utter fucking incompetence and terrible writing in these characters that fans waited over a fucking DECADE to bring back only for these studios to fuck it up.
So I'm thinking two things here, first is that they survived or at the very least have Harrow survive and have her show up for a season in BO6's lifecycle, or if they're feeling like doing something different, bringing Case into the Multiplayer due to his outfits having his face covered. But I feel this would weaken the story of BO6 even more as the ending was pretty underwhelming. My second theory is that they both died regardless. As when you hear Marshall, you can hear sort of a worbling affect as if we're hearing him while being underwater and with with the chopper filling up with water when Case is fighting Harrow, you could presume that both characters at the very least drowned, perhaps Case strangled Harrow and then perhaps drowned due to the effects of the cradle hindering him. However, I don't think Case would have died to the Cradle itself as the Emergence mission tells us that the Cradle doesn't affect Case the same way it does other people. Hell, that mission ends with Marshall even saying that he has no idea how the case managed to get up to them despite being exposed to so much of it.
Let's not forget...the cradle case is exposed to in the helicopter is a newer version that's been improved to increase the psychosis and aggression of anyone exposed and it's faster acting. The cradle were exposed to in emergence is an older strain...thus...that older strain was less impactful on case and took much longer to begin toying with him mentally. I'd say case didn't survive as he was case 1...he and harrow were both in the program. I'd say he wouldn't have a problem dying like that or going down as the last of that group.
My hunch says Case and Harrow died. Case killed Harrow like Mason did to Dragovich, and later Case died because of the Cradle. I knew Harrow was sus. She knew they're gonna rescue Adler in Most Wanted mission, that's why she was in D.C.
I hope case and maybe jane survive. We need to learn more about them. Theybare very ominous and interesting characters. It would be a waste if they didn't continue their story even if it from season Cutscenes
Honestly I wouldn’t compare Treyarch to Sledgehammer and Infinity Ward when it comes to character deaths/survivals. Treyarch is the opposite honestly. For example, the spy Adler thought was Perseus didn’t die in the campaign, but in Warzone Stitch said he died of cancer, then he was never seen again. I think it’s safe to assume that we won’t be seeing Jane or Case again. Specifically Case because technically we never see him. He’s got no face or voice. I think when it comes to storytelling, Treyarch does it best. If Activision had Treyarch make a story with Infinity Ward Weapons and Graphics, oh nelly that’d be one crazy Cod Game.
