Wonder if you can help, i'm a 55yr old male, been rowing since lockdown on my Concept 2,. Recently my left shin and slightly below above the top of my left foot ache when rowing, but fine otherwise. My right foot is absolutely fine. I am not overstretching on the recovery part of the stroke. and not raising my heels much either.

Hey. Thanks so much for reaching out. Sorry to hear about the shin. I have a video on shin/top foot pain that might help. Let me know if it doesn't. ruclips.net/video/-8r6r6OxxGQ/видео.html

Alrighty.. maybe you can help. I am a plus-size woman. With spastic bipedal cp on my right side.
When I row. My knees tend to face outward, (like a frog)and my right arm doesn't completely stretch straight.

Hey. Thanks so much for reaching out. Great to hear you are rowing! Depending on your spasticity, really just stay in a comfortable range that you can comfortably do with some control. For the belly and knees, checkout this video, it might help. Let me know if it doesn't and you still have questions. :) ruclips.net/video/Sj_GcbDGQ7c/видео.html
