    I got away from Motive when a device failed and I quit using it and not long after I lost the driver for that truck. I tried to cancel that device but they told me I signed a contract and I had to fulfill my commitment It was a struggle to cancel all my devices. Several hoops to go through. I like KT setup but they lost me because of the contract.

      They did that to me, I asked to get a new device they said i had to sign for it. Then they hid a contract in the invoice. I got out of it by canceling the card they used and told them that can talk to my lawyer, plus I reported them to the FTC.

      Same sh!t happened to me. Used to 4owners operators under my DOT. When they decide to go KT don't allow them to use their devices and charged $2600 because they tricked me by locking me in 4y contracts. The 3rd year I canceled my credit card and now they took me to collection but ain't pay 'em sh!t. Stay away from those crooks

    Motive customer services is horrible. They are shady to they don't tell you about the hidden contracts that have like auto reuping your contact.

    Motive has horrible customer service. They outsource phone calls and any kind of issues that have to do with the service that the CUSTOMER pays for. The customer will wait HOURS,,,yes that’s right, HOURS on the phone to get issues resolved with them. Highly recommend AGAINST using them.

      All they do is transfer you all over the place. They say they can't answer that question, let me transfer to another person.
