Someone has been putting trackers on my wife’s car , first one was a YOGPS tracker came up on her sisters kids I phone , next one was a chipolo tracker was found with wife’s Samsung phone , the third was found with same phone , police have them but do nothing without proof of someone putting on the vehicle

That is nothing compared to what modern vehicles have. They have WAY more than just tracking devices. They are now making vehicles that run on software, have a WiFi connection to the manufacturer, have spy cameras and microphones inside watching, listening to, and recording every single thing the driver and passengers do and say, and transmitting all that back to the vehicle manufacturer as it happens, the manufacturers are then selling this stuff to third party companies who then sell it to anyone that wants it. They know where the vehicle is, how fast it's going, how fast you brake, even the pressure in your tires. They know what you are wearing. This is not like speed cameras beside the road. These cameras and microphones are INSIDE what is supposed to be YOUR vehicle, spying on YOU. These vehicles also have driver interference systems that can literally take control of the vehicle away from the driver. Thy can apply the brakes, turn the steering wheel, and shut the engine off. Some of them can be controlled remotely by WiFi by the manufacturer, and others. They can literally take over the vehicle, lock you inside, and then send the vehicle anywhere they want. Most people that buy these vehicles are still either unaware all this is happening, or refuse to believe it. Amazingly, some actually do know about it, and are actually ok with it, because it is supposedly "for their own good". All of this applies to ALL new 2024 and newer vehicles, and some a few years older.
Does your Android phone not do this already? My Tablet is a Lenovo, Android 14, Built right in. My Samsung phone, Android 13.. Built in as well. I am not sure if the software will detect GPS Trackers.

If it is LTE based, LTE baseband radio has to switch off all transmitting sources and only come on momentarily, and only maybe every hour or so to keep things harder to detect on to send the GPS data to your server.
