    I switched my mom to the US Mobile 2gb plan off of AT&T. With a couple data top ups, her phone bill ends up being $12-$14 a month. She has not noticed a difference at all with the service or speed quality of US Mobile (we picked the Verizon network). She is saving tons of money, upwards of $75 a month! No regrets!

      I have Verizon now, and they have raised the cost of my plan to almost 2x what I started at. Does the us mobile plan use Verizons towers? And are there any gotchas or hidden fees with their plans?

      If you opt for the Warp 5G network US Mobile uses the Verizon towers. Prices advertised are exactly what is billed, never have seen a hidden fee on the monthly bill. No regrets so far.

They often have hidden or unadverstised specials, like verizons 22gb 5G plan for 45 per month with an $800 credit for a trade in phone and then you also get 5g wireless internet for 29$ per month. Pretty cool. Thank you Stetson for such continuous great content. I have been watching you from the beginning and am very proud of what you are doing to help people. Cheers!

    I would add the $300/yr plan for AT&T prepaid. It's the best value on the AT&T network. AT&T's network didn't get much love on this list, and in some places, their network is much better than Verizon or T-mobile.

      I was like you. The problem is, they start jacking the price once you get comfortable. I had t-Mobile for business. Two lines, a data line, and their WiFi internet. I was paying 160.00/mo. It slowly ballooned to over 200/mo and their WiFi was spotty at best. I require a steady internet connection for what I do for a living, and the WiFi wasn't cutting it.
      Eventually I dumped them (that was like pulling teeth), and went with mint for my personal cell, US for my business cell, and Comcast for my internet. All in I'm under 100/mo with all 3.

The thing i enjoy the most is cost savings and great coverage in 99% of places i go. If im not mistaken this plan has ATT's second level of prioritization (level 8) so youre almost always getting full speed.

      @@A42yearoldARABI'm trying to decide to get visible or us mobile for 2 lines which one it's better??

    • @YurLord
      @YurLord 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@user-xo3yb8vq9tIt depends. How much data do each of your lines use? Also, are you okay with each line having its own separate account or do you need them to be managed under one account?
      US Mobile offers plans that have fixed high speed data allotments but you can manage multiple lines under a single account login. They also will have the better customer support experience.
      Visible by Verizon only lets you have one phone line per account, but it gives you truly unlimited high speed data no matter how much data you use. Visible only lets you contact customer support through online chat.

    I'm currently on the US Mobile 50GB plan. I could easily get by with their $25 30GB but I think $40 50GB gives me enough if i need to use over that 30GB plan. I'm using the Tmobile service as Verizon is awful where I live.
    I've used Mint Mobile which is also solid and I weighed my options as I was going to sign up for their yearly Unlimited plan which would equate to $30 a month for 40GB but honestly $10 more for 50GB with US Mobile isn't a terrible trade off.
    You really can't go wrong with either.

    I got visible a few months ago and the service was great, just about a month ago it started being very slow (I live in southern Arizona) and the fact that I don’t have internet in Mexico is a big turn off. Someone has been using my phone number to make spam calls for weeks so I’m considering switching as a whole.

    Thanks for the video. Been a subscriber for a while. But, Verizon's recent rate increase has me looking. Thinking that for the amount of data we use (limited) and the perks we are grandfathered in for Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ are probably not worth it. We don't watch Hulu hardly ever, never watch ESPN. I like Disney plus but it isn't worth the extra. Hoping to get Verizon coverage with some priority data and some hotspot since it is backup internet. Looks like I have some good options here. Thanks again.

    Thanks for doing this, very well done.
    I been testing Boost 2GB on ATT for $10 or about $11 with tax. It works very well and coverage is better than our main family plan on T-Mobile.
    My grandfathered Tmobilr One+ plan includes 6 voice lines, 2 tablets and one watch..all with 50gb priority data, 4k stream. 10gb hotspot plus other perks like free Netflix, RUclips GV discount, free mlb ticket, etc.. my max bill is 163 and 5 lines can get kickbacks under 2GB text. Very hard to beat these prices but I may test out the us Mobile plan you mentioned for their Verizon network which works well in some of the rural areas in NE Florida.

    I feel like AT&T's 12 month unlimited plan should be discussed as well. It's better than the mint 12 month plan, as it includes 16 gigs of 5G then slows to 3G speeds, and then 10 gigs of 5G hotspot that slows to 2G speeds after. AT&T also has a network of wi-fi passpoints where your phone will automatically connect to the AT&T wifi network and so you're not using your 16 gigs if you dont have to.
    EDIT: The wifi passpoint network is in major cities and such, so not countrywide.

    I read the fine print in the ad for Boost infinite. The phone isn't really free. You are essentially renting the phone. You do have an option to buy the phone you are using, instead of getting a new phone at the end of the year, but you then have to finance the purchase price.

    • @StetsonDoggett
      @StetsonDoggett  5 месяцев назад +2

      If you keep the service active for 3 years, then the phone is considered paid off and is yours to keep.

    • @green8718
      @green8718 5 месяцев назад

      @@StetsonDoggett I am assuming that you mean the older phone from three years prior if someone decided to keep it. Boost would collect enough money to cover the $1,000, and the person wouldn't be getting newer phones.

    • @StetsonDoggett
      @StetsonDoggett  5 месяцев назад +2

      @@green8718 Yes, that is correct! You'd be able to keep the 3-year-old phone for free. So that would be a free iPhone 15 Pro. And yep again, you would have essentially paid for the phone through the cost of the monthly service plan.
