This home is fabulous. Famous. Fantastic.
Perfect for my wooded land with no neighbors that can see my house! I'm buying this one!
Nice, wouldn’t it be sweet if they could somehow come up with a pull down screen door with the garage doors so u could open them up at night to avoid all the bugs the lights will attract.
Absolutely great floorplan. I would do the garage door for just the back and not the front. Perfect for family gatherings. Also, the party part on one side or the other so the master wouldn't feel so separated.
I'm with you on moving the party room to one end or the other. This would be a great home with a large family to get together.
This is what is called a dogtrot home. When the garage doors are open, in the summer, it causes a breeze to run through. Which in turn, pulls the heated air in the house out of the house.
They were used by early pioneers, bit of a history there. Pioneers would build one cabin they as the family and needs grew, they would expand with another "dogtrotting' the area in between. Also, it was used in Scandinavian countries. Food could be dried in there.
They are making a comeback. The way they are designed now allows you to seal up that open area and still utilize the space in winter. I'm looking for a home, this would be my first pick, albeit better weatherized for the Montana winters.
Sorry, I've been looking at dogtrot houses for a year. I love them.
Beautiful home with all the amenities
Beautiful home ! If i was able to get something like this i would see about changing out those garage style doors for something more practical. No carpet is a plus in my book . Love the kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom . 👍😊
Thanks for sharing this beautiful home! I'm a fan of this one❤
This is a gorgeous home, I see it sitting on a lake or riverside. I'm like the others, the party area would probably work best on end or the other.
Oops! I think you missed the closet in the primary.
Nice party house but I wouldn't want to walk past those huge glass doors in the morning going to the kitchen. Hello neighbors 😂
Hence part of my resoning in the outro.
I definitely think screening in that firefly deck and adding a fieplace, moving the drop-down bar to the kitchen going to the deck, would be a better option. Love that exterior and the living room fireplace. Wish some of that stone was on the outside. It would have blended nicely with the black and cedar. It's definitely fun to look at, but that price tag rules me out. It's definitely going to be someone's dream home, though.
That's the perfect home for family gatherings. And if they spill it won't hurt anything.
❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉All in this " Aaawsome " 300k I believe
Beautiful home. I need a big pantry, and walking closets in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Here in Canada, that "Party Room" would be a dead zone in winter lol, so Def agree, move the bedroom, that said, if we get rid of the garage doors and just put in a full wall Glass panel/patio sliding door setup? That'd be way better.
That patio room must be fun to go through in the winter!! Put on your coat to go from the kitchen to the master bedroom!!!!!! Why not just put some sliding patio doors instead of a drafty garage door in that part??????
Great idea!!
I l8ke it
Nice
I like they are putting pet wash stations in. But they miss the mark. pet washes should be elevated so you can stand and wash the pet. I can do in my bathtub what that station would do. Nice floor plan here. Dogtrot floor plans are great.
I saw this on chance's channel and it really didn't get a good response. It was a lot to do with the party room. I agree it would be better if it was on the end, and as someone said with screens to keep the bugs out. The kitchen is lovely and the master bedroom.
That was my thought also. I needs to be moved to an end of the home.
This is definitely my dream home. I would want the entertainment room away from the master suite.
Hello Nate! I've seen this one before, probably from Chance. It's a nice place, but not for us.
I wouldn't want glass garage doors on both ends of a section of my house like that! Talk about a security nightmare! Could have regular double doors on front and double sliding glass doors on back I guess. I love the Fireplaces too. But the sliding doors in the Dining Room is kinda overkill to me; you have those wide open garage doors just a few feet beyond there!! I think that's all I'm gonna say about this one though.
Anyway, Nate, good video. God bless you.
Probably Chance. He put this out about 3 months ago when he toured it at the factory.
I would take that garage room for my den cause i would have one end wall in and where the deck porch i would have that wall and have a regular door and a storm glass door,
So when i open the door i can look out the door and i wouldn't put no door at my laundry room to come in.
What are the height options for the interior ceilings? Is 9’ available? Great video!
Yes they are!
You missed the primary closet
I might have, it's hard to film when there are so many people in the home and I have to start and stop a lot. I forget what I did and didn't get.
If you can get this in some other color then black it would be perfect.
Honestly I'm not sure. The one Chance toured at the factory was also in black.
Nice, adjust the foyer a bit and it's good to go in my opinion...

The modular would not have the marriage lines?
True, but for the show they set it up this way since it is being torn down 5 days after being set up.
Question, could you get this without the garage doors? I would prefer french doors.
I'm not sure, I would give the guys at any of the Regional home dealers a call. Any of the people there would know.
I love this home but when that cook top goes out or oven/microwave that's a hefty bill to replace them. I also wouldn't want the party place or what I would call my dog/patio room right next to my bedroom. It feels like you have to walk across your patio to get to your bedroom. I dont like the location of that space.
Cool house but instead of garage doors, I'd rather have bi-fold doors to open it up. It would be a neat house to have.
I love this one! I agree with you, wish the play room was at an end and not right off of the Master Bedroom.
