One of the best SPO training videos. Practical, to-the-point and the Demo is excellent.

Thank you for this video. I'm trying to create a project management hub site and link other project pages to it. I get confused when I hear that modern design says to never use a subpage but to make them all hub pages I guess? Even for the individual project team sites? Additionally, can you make a dynamic hub page (or site page) that automatically adds projects to a site's page dynamically? I guess each user would have their own dedicated hub page and projects in which they are listed would auto populate (the "blades") on the side....? Sorry, I'm new to this and learning from scratch. Thanks!

🎉 after scouring the web and many overly complicated videos. You broke SharePoint down into understandable and usable bits of information.

By far, one of THE BEST tutorial on how to set up the Sharepoint! Might require some workaround but based on this, I have a clearer picture on how to set up!
Thank you so much and have a wonderful holidays!!!

I see the value of having project data presented this way to manage the near to midterm taskings but I am struggling with how to present the bigger picture of a Program or Project within Modern SharePoint without reverting back to the Classic Task list with the Gantt Chart view and the Timeline feature. I keep wondering if I am missing something or if Microsoft is intentionally trying to move people to use MS Project for those functions and to use Modern SharePoint for managing the near to midterm taskings only. I would love to hear others thoughts on how they think about this.

I would like to understand how you created that List on the Home page. Do you have any tutorial on this?
    Thank you!

Great tutorial. From the communications aspect, is there away to create/associate a teams channel for each of the individual projects?

yes, you can create them in teams first. every time you create a new team, it comes with its own library, site and more

I believe Microsoft Teams is the preferred way to collaborate on work/projects these days.

Hello love the video. I am working on a couple of projects and the best option that I can see is using Microsoft List. As a team we colaborate on an exisitng excel sheet during a storm. this excel sheet will list each route/location name of drive truck number supervisor and coordinatory. but also each area/route will be visited more than 2 or 3 times withing the storm. so we have to constantly have to be update the spreadsheet with data on the status of the service round. I trying manually doing it but i am running into not knowing but of the configurations options that I can use. I need some assistance on this. I am hoping to use lists to fully replace it (since in theory excel isn't built for a group to be working on it at the same time). We want something more sustainable, reliable and flexible that once i set it up my team can easily learn to used and if i need to make more adjustments it won't be too complex or time consuming.

I’m in the same boat. Working locally with 6 and then about 40 people. If it works well we’ll scale up to possibly a couple hundred. Depending on how much you need to scale sure to also look into Dataverse. It’s more advanced but also more future proof. Did you make any interesting/useful discoveries with Sharepoint and lists?

You can have excel work for group. Make multiple tabs for people to work on it and then VSTACK to combine data and lock that sheet.
