After seeing the video my honest first impression is : MS Team Might be good for IT professionals, but it doesn’t appear easy to use by people in other projects like construction, production units, engineering consultancy, etc. where work collaboration is required. 🙏🏻
Hi Mariam - thank you for the video - really helpful - I'm looking at setting up multiple projects (about 30) that I need to keep track of, could you please advise on the best setup that I can automate things - my role is to mainly manage these projects and provide weekly report on their status, timeline, finance spent, resources, issues/register.. etc I would be really grateful and appreciative for your help. thanks :)
Thanks for the helpful video. I did have a quick question on something I noticed in your screen share. It seems you have a really cool way to show portfolio level metrics through powerbi. I was just wondering conceptually how you are doing that. Are you creating a manual data table to link to powerbi? Or are you somehow linking to the Teams data throughSharepoint or some other trick? Thanks in advance for any assistance
This video is very through and easy to follow. My question is very specific to notifications. Is there a way for the entire team to be notified when a task has been completed? We seem to be unable to tag an employee to notify someone specifically. This is a critical part to moving from phase to phase the way we work a project.
It depends on how your tasks are set up. Sounds like it may be something specific to your team. Feel free to reach out to us with the details at Contact@Advisicon.com and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
how do you export stuff said or decided from channels and also from within a bot or app? can a report be exported from plannar or todo. its all good storing files thats no problem.
How i can manage different projects under one team? you skipped that part in your video, i assume by using different channels but how you can have a global time line accross different projects

Very nice and elaborative video, helped in thinking beyond usual apps usage in teams. thanks

Awesome video! What app is used for the Team Implementation planner board?
I cannot seem to find Tasks by Planner?
How do you get your company branding on the sharepoint site like that... Also this video has been invaluable.
Thanks for the video. How did you build the projects reports pack ?|
Great content, thank you ...
Glad you enjoyed it!
Good video. One query..if a task is allocated to reasouce, who can close the task? Is it the task assigner or resouce?

Does it required additional license?
Great topic but the screen very blur and small, should be more clear for easy to see
very good explenation, but all these different apps is to confusing. Lists, Planner, Milestones and so on.
Would be great if you could give a training :-)

Am I really the only one that thinks this recording is too blurry to read?
