I was just watching Beverly Hills cop three after recently watching Jackie Brown and I wonder if they copied this scene after the scene in the aforementioned film because in both movies, there were girls with guns

I don't believe that's Hermosa Beach, that harbor peninsula stretching out is nowhere in that stretch of beach. There's a pier that stretches out that would be that length but no rock harbor peninsula. Not even in Redondo have I seen that rock peninsula. I can't seem to verify either googling the confirmed film locations. I can't seem to take a good guess but that looks more like Marina Del Rey. The apartments in Hermosa are nice but not as nice as those.
Ordell's apartment looked so nice; quite small actually, not even big, but adequate for a single person or a couple. Would love a small yet elegant/upscale apartment on the beach with a view like this. Hope I can make it to LA some day.
