The A.I. overlords have taken Cantersoft. Gags aside as unlikely as it is given the huge time gap between generations, it would be pretty cool if Pinkie and Izzy were related. Izzy being some sort of descendant of Pinkie and Cheese would be a fun concept to explore if Hasbro ever took it that direction. But regardless, it's fun to imagine, and I can tell you had fun making this. Very enjoyable!
I have done a similar Theorie wich, Onyx who is also a unicorn like Izzy, has a much more chill appearance and in the movie she was gray with purpleIsh hair and eyelashes, wich makes me wonder if she has the genes of maud and Izzy to pinky, so maybe these two are distant cousins. May also include Alphabittle, cause he strangely treats Izzy like a uncle like figure.

In all honesty Cantersoft while i think the idea of Pinkie Pie and Izzy possibly being related is interesting, i on some level believe that Izzy might actually be the reincarnation of Pinkie Pie. just as many in the fandom believe that Sunny is the reincarnation of Twilight and Zipp is the reincarnation of Rainbow Dash an etc, point is there are a number of possibilities as to why the members of the Mane 5 have certain similarities to the members of the Mane 6 but that's what makes them amazing they are somewhat similar to the Mane 6 but at the same time have their own unique individual personalities.
Any relation would have their genetics be so diluted because of the time between G4 and G5, and the AI thing is a bit creepy, we could solve it by nuking Anguilla but I don't think its residents will be too happy about that.

Izzy isn’t a descendant of Pinkie Pie. Izzy is a Pureblood Unicorn, and Pinkie is a Muggle or, a non-magic pony or in simple terms, an Earth Pony.
