kadali kishore First work on your technique and then u try to jump long. There are 3 things important. 1. ur speed. For this try run 60 meters on track and increase ur pace. 2. ur body weight and structure. Remember u need higher momentum to jump longer. Momentum =Mass X Speed 3. Your technique should be correct. Your jump should start at 45 degree to jump longer. Don't jump lower or higher than that. practice hard. You will achieve much higher. Your height is very good. Don't loose hope.
