      Pragnesh Patel Don't worry. It is not a big problem. For a few days practice just run-up for your jump and ensure u reach correct leg. Don't try and jump. correct ur runway stride etc. Once it becomes ur habit, start with easy jump and then graduate to proper jump. Call me at 9540358584. We will discuss ur case. all the best.

      ajay mishra For a cricketer, you need quick reaction and speed to be delivered instantly.
      Do drills, ABC, hoping bonding, short sprints upto 60 meter, ladder, shuttle running.
      Increase flexibility more.
      Improve your eye hand coordination

      jayesh lanjhi run slow, do proper warmup and stretching before running. Apply ice at shin after running.
      Sleep and rest well.

      Always run from pre calculated runup. Measure it and mark it before your jumps

      something something Increase your approach speed and correct your take off angle. Only by these two, you should be able to increase ur jump by more than a feet.

      kadali kishore First work on your technique and then u try to jump long. There are 3 things important.
      1. ur speed. For this try run 60 meters on track and increase ur pace.
      2. ur body weight and structure. Remember u need higher momentum to jump longer. Momentum =Mass X Speed
      3. Your technique should be correct. Your jump should start at 45 degree to jump longer. Don't jump lower or higher than that.
      practice hard. You will achieve much higher. Your height is very good. Don't loose hope. Contact me for any help.

      for a long jumper who has reached his max weight and height, you should do 100 meters under 11 sec. technique can be improved with practice. Know more about the right technique and improve step by step. God bless and godspeed.
