    The only guy on youtube who makes sense nd no bro science nd desi techniques... lets see my timing is 5:10 for 1600m nd im completely raw lets see if i can make it to 4:30 after your 1600m plan... starting from monday. God bless u

      If you want to reduce your timing, you will achieve it 100% but what ever you do, understand and do it. Just don’t blindly follow anyone including me. Also the time where you want to reach will require a good technique. So do work on technique and breathing

      Jitender Harjai indeed guru ji but my goal is to improve 100m nd 200m sir. My 100m has came down to 11.11 second sir. Nd its my first time in tracks i was a powerlifter earlier. Sir im 24yo height 5'9 and 78kg at 10% body fat should i lose some weight to increase my speed, will it help. The first time when i did a 100m i attained it in 12sec nd now in one month after your programmes its 11.11. Pls guide

    Thanks Sir for the tips. Will regular short distance running (100 m sprint) exercise also help in increasing the jump distance without impacting the muscles help in jumping? This is for my 10 year old child, she is covering 4.5 - 4.6 meters currently

      It is good to increase the speed however child is just 10 year old, so please do not put unnecessary stress. Let her enjoy athletics

      Training has to be done in a disciplined way. You have asked a question as if can I eat for complete week in one day? If you do more than your body can take, you can get injured. Work hard but with a schedule and plan

    i started training for it 3 days ago. i have long jump of around 17 feet. how can i increase it. need some advise. have no idea

      Keep practicing.
      Increase your approach speed.
      Keep your jump angle at 45 degree.
      Make a good hand and hold as long as possible.
      You must have a landing where Center of gravity is pushed forward.

      grace drills like ABC, Hopping bonding etc remain same. Also core and strength too remain same. Routine will vary. Try get variation in your schedule. Enjoy running

      Heel generally lands first, but if your body momentum is good then you will be able to land on toe and fall ahead of that. It is very difficult and rear to achieve

      Height depends on your genes . your fitness and activity. it cannot be increased by any medicine etc . You should never take harmonies to achieve that. Just stay fit and do stretching exercises

      KAUSHAL VERMA 13 feet to bahut kaam hai. Jumper is liye nahi maar patr kyonki woh board ke paas aa kar slow ho jate hain apna foot adjust karne ki liye.
      Aap apna runup set karo. Jump 15 feet ho jayega...

    Sir, I am just a beginner since 5 days and sir, I complete 1000 meter in 4.50 minute after 1000 meter i became quit exhausted such that I can't run even a single step. So i am quite worry that how can I complete 1600 meter race in 7 minute sir, pls help me as my physical test is on 27 June

      Manish Prajapati Follow a routine. In one day no one becomes a runner. So don't worry if you were not able to run after 1000. Keep balanced diet, good routine and weight training. You will see improvement in 4weeks max

      lokesh kumar Take medicine, reduce protein, maintain right weight. Flexibility of joints very important.
      'Methre' 4 spoons rooz raat ko pani main bhego do aur subha paani bhi pe lo aur kha lo.

      @@mridupawanbonia2753 Yrs, it is possible. Take professional coaching. U r already very close to India record. 9 min means u will break the record by a good margin.
