    That last drill is really vital to a good hop phase. Excellent drill

      Nikes, Many thanks for your comment. Jeremy is a top coach and certainly knows his stuff! This video of mine may also help you; it focusses on how to prepare to jump (penultimate step) and also shows albeit briefly some wicket/low hurdle runs, which are great for developing speed. ruclips.net/video/PSA8lJDDRmU/видео.html

    If core instability and anterior rotation in the hips is an issue what are some good drills to fight that?
