I just set up my waterfed pole system today. I used to flip burgers for $12 an hour but now because I found your videos I make $100 an hour doing something I enjoy.
Hey man. I was on my uncle's couch. I had gotten an DUI. No car no license. I watched "how to make 500 a day window cleaning". I got laid off from My job, i took my last paycheck and just ran with it. Now I do hospitals. Huge houses. Mansions. You changed my life, bought your book absolutely gold just like your videos. Much love and a Huge Thank You! You have no idea how you've helped me, and you never even asked anything of me, again thank you! Keep up the great content.
Hey Bulumdot i just starting out here and im looking for mentors, just people to talk to ask questions and just network, if you have any spare time please hmu! Thanks Guys
I'm 18 and just started my business 2 months ago. It's hard to do but you can do it if you work hard enough. Don't let anyone tell you you're too young.
Everyone is so friendly when you’re the cheapest in town, only to be gossiping about how cheap they got your services behind your back. Good for you for raising your prices!
Keith, thank you for telling your story once again. It hit me hard. I just recently lost my fulltime job, and been struggling to find another one. I've been trying to get my side business up and going for pressure washing which just so happens to include window washing. I've also purchased your book just now. I just got another job, but because of the holiday season I'm only getting 1 or 2 days of work a week, and it's not cutting it. My tuck payment is 2 months behind, my wife is working 3 jobs just to keep our heads above water. I'm tired of these dead end jobs and living paycheck to paycheck. Of all the videos I've watched, THIS ONE was the one that gave me the motivation. I was putting out flyers door to door, but ignoring the fact that I need to knock on doors and talk to people. I'm in San Antonio, TX and it's a pretty big city, so there's no excuse. I'm ready for the NO's and I'll have a rebuttal for them. I just packed my truck up and going to hit ground running first thing in the morning. I've set a goal of 100. I'm going to talk to 100 people or business managers/owners and convince them I'm a new business and would like to provide my service to them. Keith, thank you once again, can't wait to get your book. I'm going to spend the rest of the night watching your other videos.
I launched a window cleaning business in Guatemala on the 15th of January 2020 and got 3 jobs before the beer-bug hit and got everything shut down. I've been slaving away as a grunt for the last 3 years and I needed to hear this! I'm getting back on the wagon again. I'm in a nicer area of Guatemala city and I know I can make it work. Thanks for posting this video!
Bro I have followed you for 6 years probably. Been stagnant and needed this. Window cleaning business aside or whatever the trade or hustle. It's just good listening to you talk about life. Thank you man. Seriously.
@@WindowCleaningBluePrint Absolutely. My friends are even blown away. Especially the poverty mind set advice video you gave. Trust me this is quality advice beyond the trades. Thanks for replying lol.
Absolutely unequivocally valuable talk. If i was in the truck i wouldn't have said a word the entire half hour. Great stories, they help relate with my own scenarios in very powerful ways. You were the reason i got my first pair of wireless headphones all those years ago when i got started. Audio book after audio book, grinding out my home advisor window cleaning leads. I'll never forget the day at 19 i made 950 bucks in one day cleaning windows for a few hours while i had my buddy that i hired for the day outside with the waterfed pole. It was because of your guidance alone that i had the justification for the confidence i displayed to the customer. I haven't done a window cleaning job in some years now, yet it was some of the happiest discovery years i've had so far. The grind and grit is really a horror, yet nostalgic. There's just nothing like walking out of the house after the job, cash in hand.
Keith, thank you so much for throwing out this free and absolutely killer advice in all of your videos. Your story from rock bottom made me realize that I am wasting time not working as hard as you did to start. Just got your window cleaning book on Audible and subscribed!
Yes I Love the real scenarios because I’ve been there as a delivery guy and also being a mobile mechanic. Now I’m also looking into starting a window cleaning business.
I feel like this is what I'm going to have to do here in western Montana. No one wants to pay in my town for window cleaning and I'm getting rejected and rejected and rejected and right now I have like 3 jobs and that is it. A window cleaner in another richer town in Idaho is telling me charge high, don't sell yourself short, know your worth. But starting out from scratch here, I think I have to do what you're saying. I'm not looking forward to it. But I'm also not going back to being a full time employee, even though I was making great money trucking.
My concern is 1.Insurance 2.Breaking screens - when I take our screens out of our windows they disintegrate- the plastic is so old and brittle. 3. 2 stories - think you could just focus on single stories? Great info 🙂
You can learn alongside a small business owner. You could offer to work for free for a couple, call around, to learn. Another good idea would to directly call small businesses around your area and ask if they need work. But you can learn window cleaning all by yourself. Start cleaning your own windows at home.
Ask family members to clean their windows for free. I did my Aunts and uncle's house, my cousins houses. The more you do the more confident you get. Go out there and get after it buddy! Good luck!
If you mean how do you get a business license, look up your location town hall in your town/city. You can either walk in or go online to apply for license.
Do you think you would have been able to physically and mentally charge higher prices without charging lower initially? What I'm trying to figure out is if you think I should charge higher prices at first, or do you think somebody starting out needs that learning curve?

Hi. I need insurance starting business? How you recomendé get the first costumers?
How do you register a window cleaning business?
If you mean how do you get a business license, look up your location town hall in your town/city. You can either walk in or go online to apply for license.
WOW
Dude, I like this video.
Great video man...I'm in the research phase and would like to know how winter effects your business. I'm in Ohio and have the same weather as MI.
nice video! how do you start a window cleaning buisness without having a car? because you cant afford it atm.
Im starting out on a bicycle with a trailer attached for my equipment. Staying local and marketing to residents and storefronts within my area!
What’s the basic equipment you started with ?
Do you think you would have been able to physically and mentally charge higher prices without charging lower initially? What I'm trying to figure out is if you think I should charge higher prices at first, or do you think somebody starting out needs that learning curve?
I see window cleaning all over the internet is this market now flooded?
Who do I talk to about being the window cleaning guy at an indoor shopping mall?
💯
Are you out knocking doors?
Lol. It seems people with money don’t want other people to make any money..
Thanks man how have you been Jimmy v
I truly enjoyed this video. I listened, learned, and laughed. All this because I wanted to learn about window cleaning 🪟 💯🤑🔥👍👍👍
