Donegal's Wild Atlantic Way is a 500km driving route that takes you though some of Ireland's most beautiful and unspoilt landscapes. With mountain high sea cliffs to golden sandy beaches there are a host of discovery points to venture along the way.
Activities include surfing on world class waves, cycling, horse riding on the beach, an array of links golf courses and kayaking and canoeing on wild Atlantic waters as well as the many loughs and lakes throughout the county.

Donegal is by far the most spectacular county in Ireland. Visit Moville and Greencastle is a must. The sea walk from Moville to Greencastle is special as is the ferry crossing to Magilligan.
My ancestors were born in Donegal in the late 1600s. Then moved to the USA.
