EGGLESS FUDGY BROWNIE - No Condensed Milk ! Perfect Crinkle Top Brownie. Simple Ingredients.

- Fudgy Eggless Brownies ! These are perfectly fudgy just like the REAL BROWNIES. It’s the best treat for a chocolate lover.

-Make sure you measure the ingredients perfectly
-Pre heat the oven & do not over bake the brownies
Ingredients -
Cup Measurements are mentioned in the video
Ingredients-
120 g Dark Chocolate (Use pure / Real Chocolate)
25 g Butter
100 g Thick Yoghurt
120 g Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
90 g All Purpose Flour
10 g Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
Method-
Grease a 7" baking tin and line it with parchment paper. Leave 4 overhangs instead of 2 as shown. It eases the removal of brownie from the pan.
Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, add in the yogurt, sugar and whisk well. Add in the vanilla essence and whisk again for 4-5 mins to ensure that the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside.
Now, melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler/ microwave and add it to the yogurt-sugar mixture
Alongside, preheat the oven.
Mix together very well for 1-2 minutes and then, add in the dry ingredients while sieving in small batches. Just mix enough using the cut and fold method to combine them well. DO NOT OVER MIX!
Transfer to the greased pan, spread it evenly and bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 20-22 mins.
Remove and let it cool in the pan itself for 30-40 minutes.
Remove and cut it only when completely cooled. If you have time, refrigerate it for an hour before cutting.
To serve, Microwave it for seconds, top with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, drizzle some chocolate sauce and enjoy!!
This is one of the best recipes for Brownies! You can never go wrong if you follow the recipe correctly. Obsessed with these atm!
P.S. I used a 800ml Borosil. I had to bake it for another 15-20 minutes because my brownies were thicker. But it came out with a beautiful crusty top layer.
The fam was so impatient that we all ate it hot, straight from the oven, with an ice-cream scoop!

Unfortunately this didnot work for me. I don’t know what went wrong. I followed the exact same recipe yet the brownie was very very crumbly and also took longer to bake :((

I tried with amul dark chocolate and it was too sweet to eat..had a crinkly top with fudgy texture but have to cut down on sweetness

use white sugar only
use bigger pan (make thin max 2 inch thick)
use parchment paper always or it will stick

dark chocolate and milk chocolate 1/2 1/2 jisse ki khatta na ho

I tried this recipe today and the results were just amazing. There are no egg in this recipe but still the crinkle tops were so so good. The brownie is moist and fudgy and the texture is perfect. Brownies taste no less than any good quality brownie available at good cafe. My house smells so good now. After baking I couldn't stop myself from looking at those crinkle tops again and again. Apart from 20-30 minutes baking time the preparation time is so less and all the ingredients are easily available at home. The detailed recipe posted on her RUclips page is so convenient and simple that a new Baker can easily bake well.. guys please try the recipe and see the magic you will really fall in love with this brownie and never try any other brownie. I used measurements to the T but my brownies are sticky, not dry like urs. Oh yes! Only 1 chng, i used wholewheat instead of maida

Mam i made 3 times and everytime i got best result with same crinkle and gooyie smooth. I mixed little dark chocolate chunks and pecan and second time chopped walnuts and chopped chocolates. I put whole pecan on the top of every slice. Jabardast. I got lot of compliments from my relatives, neighbors. N became fan of my brownie. I think quite nice it was . Except as I baked it took too long, it was too sweet. But texture was wonderful. I will increase the flour by 10-15 gms and reduce sugar by 30-40 gms. Then it would be my perfect! 🎉

I replaced flour with aata & adjusted chocolate & sugar. It was perfectly crinkled & yummy. Nxt time i will reduce choc a bit more.

I made this brownies using the same recipe and also same measurements. It came out well , however sunk in completely in the middle post cooling . I had put a small towel over the brownie once it was baked and hot . Is it due to this or any other reason. Plz guide
my god i love this recipe. so good. it's very fudgey but it's also firm. i recommend using amul 55%, it gave me the best results. thank you neha.

Hi! I tried this recipe! The brownie turned out to be very tasty. But my brownies came out just fine with a flat surface but when it cooled down the edges were higher and the middle part was sunk. What could be the reason?
I tried it yesterday and i turned out very tasty. I did tweaked it a little bit by adding less sugar and made it in cooker. It took longer then an hour, didn't get the crinkle top but the recipe is so so good. I am gonna make bigger batch again. Thanks.
How did you make it in the cooker
Add 1 cup salt and place a stand in the cooker and on top of that goes the baking tin. I preheated the cooker for about 15 mins. Baking usually takes longer than otg but you can check after 45 mins and run a knife through it. I hope it helps.@@sumeeranmishra1986

This is rich and heavy and oh so delicious. I don't recommend you to make a thick one because you'll eat it and then go to sleep and wake up after 3 hours.

Although really tasty, but brownies didn't firm up in the fridge as much as i would like. Followed measurements to the 't', but just after taking out from fridge, while cutting it didn't hold up.

The brownie did taste nice and had a crinkle top but i cud not achieve the desired consistency of the brownie.
I made it with exact measurements and baked at the same temperature as mentioned. Yet the brownie sunk. And was wet at the center. It was crumbling while i was cutting them.
