Hi Aishwarya, Couverture chocolates gives the brownie a more decadent and richer taste. You can use compound.You will get fudginess & crinkles too but not exactly like mine. Let me know how it turned out!

As I was not sure about the output with the compound chocolate and in convection mode, I made 1/4th of this recipe with compound chocolate and made Brownies Bites instead. I got the amazing crinkle top and the taste is awesome too. :) It worked for me! I just have one doubt tho, so I have topped two of my bites with chopped chocolate, however, they sunk and the texture was also bad for those two. Someone suggested me to use super-chopped chocolates/nuts and keep the batter thick so they don't sink. However, it didn't work for me. Could you please help me here? Whatever toppings I put on my cake/cupcake/brownies, they just sink weirdly leaving a bad texture at the top. They just don't stay put nicely. Please help:(

@@FlavourfulFood morde is very affordable but callibaut is very expensive. I did make brownies using Morde but didn't turn to be delicious. It was average kindof.
@@Toa28_10 morde is not good chocolate as it's made with hydrogenated fat which is bad. Instead you can use bournville or Amul dark chocolate they are affordable and give rich taste. 👍

I would recommend adding it even if u don’t like coffee, because you won’t actually taste it, it just enhances the flavour of the chocolate and makes it more chocolatier if that’s a word

Tooth pick test not required as after baking also it will be a little wet. 25 mins will bake the brownies fully. Let it cool completely and then slice.Thanks

Condensed milk is important . Try the recipe. Should not be an issue. Please let it cool completely for 3 hrs before slicing
