Hi. In convection mode, the top of my layer gets very hard since I need to cook it for more time as the cake doesn't get cook from inside. Can you please suggest a solution for this?
Once the top is cooked place a butter paper on top and cook so that the outer layer does not yet too much colour and the inside cooks. Also uae a utensil that is not too deep so that the cake cooks evenly

Hi Kunal sir, I live in Canada and I am big Fan of brownies however in Canada where ever you go you will find brownies with too much sugar or may be some times too much chocolate. I was fed up with that concept here and stopped looking for it. Than on this year 14 Feb my wife found your recipe and surprised me with the brownies. Since then we are making them it's 4rth time we are making it. This time we are using molasses in place of sugar. Thanks for sharing such a good vegetarian Brownie recipe.
