      Hi! Thank you! I'm glad you liked it! The hotel was great and they were actually building a pool when we were there so it might be finished now! The only issue with it is it's a bit further out from everything and taxi's are quite expensive so if you can it's worth hiring a bike as hiring a bike for a day is the same amount for one trip in a taxi. I hope this helps ☺️

      Hi! That amazing! You'll love it! It was definitely one of our favourite islands but for ease of work Phuket or Koh Samui is probably a bit better! But 100% still recommend here ☺️

      Personally we weren't huge fans of our hotels if I'm being honest. They were ok but not amazing. However the staff at greenery were extremely kind ☺️

    Hi! Would you recommend Wyh Hotel?

    • @Lottieandtom.travel
      @Lottieandtom.travel  4 месяца назад +1

      Hi! Location wise it was great! The room was fairly basic but probably on the better side for Koh Tao but we personally found the service a quite unfriendly so we wouldn't stay there again for that reason. I hope this helps. ☺️
      Thanks so much for watching!

    Do you recommend a particular Muay Thai gym?

    • @Lottieandtom.travel
      @Lottieandtom.travel  4 месяца назад +1

      We didn't have enough time to try any Muay Thai gyms as we spent most of our free time exploring the under water world but there was one on the on the main road from the pier to Sairee beach was always busy ☺️

    Thank you for this video ! We will be in Koh Tao next month. We can’t drive a motorbike, and would like to stay in a central hotel where we can snorkel near by. Is it possible to snorkel in Sairee beach? Are there some interesting fish to sea? Do you have any hotels recommendations ?
    Many thanks

      Hello! Aww you will love it! I think if you can't drive a motorbike definitely stay in Sariee beach as you have everything walking distance. You can snorkel there but it isn't as good as other spots but you can book a snorkeling trip that takes you to all the main spots and we also did an island treasure hunt which isn't advertised that much but it was really great! They took us to our best snorkel spot, Tanote Bay.
      In terms of hotels we actually don't have recommendations because we didn't like either of ours. We found that was the down fall of the island but maybe we were just unlucky with where we booked.
      I hope you enjoy your time there 🩷

      Oh no! It's definitely snorkeling and diving heavy but the beaches, sunsets and food are great so hopefully you'll still have a good time ☺️

    Used to be paradise 25 years ago but is now bloody dangerous if you find yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time.

      Yes we have heard that which is scary but we didn't ever feel unsafe ☺️ then again we aren't partiers so we didn't stay out too late there (only once)

    eating at "the factory" is like being in thailand but not wanting to be in thailand.

      Yeah totally get that but the food is just so goooood 🙈😂 for us personally we'd been in Thailand for a long time and as I have certain dietary requirements, food options are limited which means it can get quite repetitive although delicious so coming here was definitely a nice change for us 😊
