Extra bodies as equipment is an interesting twist. They seem like a total pain to fight against if you can’t keep them at arm’s length.

I think glitchlings (and vermin) are the first models I've seen to have a Defence stat that isn't 3.

Brimstone Horrors also got Defence 2.
Tau turret and recon drone used to have Defense 4 until it got errata'd.
A Plague marine can trade a cp and ap for 4 defence
Excellent breakdown of this new team, nice one dude. Very excited to play them. Curious what tier they will end up being. I suppose we should play a few games with them before deciding. I have a feeling they will be high up there though.

Thanks for this. Being a strong choice for Into the Dark sounds about right; I think Gellerpox were pretty strong in Arena last edition (teleporting a mutant behind a closed door to block their movement was particularly strong). It's going to take quite a few games to get my head around them - for now I'm just really excited to have them back in the game!

Wouldn’t three of one Mutoid type and one of another give the same nummer of activations, with an additional body on the board?
Well, unless you take 3 types, you end up with 15 models either way, but in terms of activations you are correct. Having 3 of one kind and one of another will net you 11 activations, where if you had 4 of one, or 2 of two, you end up with 10.
I realize what you are talking about might be him suggesting to take all three for 11 activations in the video. My bad if that's the case. I only skimmed it thus far.
@@Dracodomin Yes, that's what I was referring to. Taking all three just to maximize activations seemed unnecessary.
@@jonasbarka Completely agree. Why take one less body when you can have 3 Eyestinger Swarms to mess with your opponent’s apl?

The Gellerpox Mutants' frag grenades. How do we think that interacts with the Grenade Nerf? Do they all still come with a built-in grenade?
It doesn’t. The nerf specifically talked about equipment. This isn’t equipment, but instead a weapon built into the unit profile
Quick question: Can the Gellerpox only be played with the Annual 2022? Or the other way around: Does the box only contain the models?
Maybe someone knows, online I only find references to 2018
None of the single-team boxes contain rules for the team.

Looks like the only box sets I can find online don't include some of the models in that roster. Are we waiting for a new box set to come out?
