Idk how I missed this video but it’s so but. I couldn’t take my eyes off the dotting and the beautiful colors. Merry Christmas to the Sloan family. I’m sure you all are missing Sue so much. I know I am. I loved watching her and her videos. God Bless you all
In comparison to other Mandala art videos, this video is outstanding to visualize your painting, the paint color and size of the dotting tools. The ornament is beautiful.
So pretty! Your color choices for this one are outstanding. I don’t have all of the colors you picked for this one but I’m going to try it anyway. It won’t be as pretty as yours but maybe next year I will have all the same colors if so I will do it again next year lol. Thank you for all your tutorials!
I can never get the paint to stick on the inside. But I don’t mind painting the outside because then any ornament will do and you can base coat any color. Plus easy to fix. 😀
@@SueSloan I love the idea. If I can't fix it..AND I'm painting on a ball... It will end up in the trash lol. Think I'm going to try multi surface chalk paint on one tonight..
Absolutely beautiful........can you download this.Love the step by step but hard to keep up.This is one of the most beautiful balls I have seen so far.
Thanks so much, thrilled you like it! I do not have this one available to download at this time. Just on the video. I do have a few patterns available to download on my website Suesmandalas.com - a few free ones and some for purchase. I hope to make more downloadable patterns in the near future.
I’ve tried this sooooo many times and the paint never sticks. I’ve tried regular acrylic, multi surface, and enamel. I’ve cleaned the inside with rubbing alcohol, tried adding different thins such as glue, I forget the adhesive medium thing and can’t find it. Allll sorts of things. But within two days the paint slides down. I’ve been trying on plastic bulbs from Michels as I have a bunch of them. I don’t know if it’s the bulbs doing it but I’ve had no luck. If yours stick please let me know what your doing and where you bought your ornaments. Thanks
I hope your crafting in heaven, because your art is truly divine.

Looking very pretty sure I make it. I also love to do this type of painting
Have fun when you do! :)
I just finished one on a shiny black ornament from Hobby Lobby! Your video is superb, and I love my finished ornament! Thank you, Sue!
That’s great! I need to check hobby lobby for ornaments I always tend to go to Michael’s.
Love the colors 😍
Just an FYI, Hobby Lobby has colored glass ornaments that are almost always 40-50% off. Beautiful work on the ornament, going to give this one a go.😊
Thanks Jenifer, I mainly shop at Michaels so that’s good to know. I’ll have to go check them out. 😀

Thanks Suzan so happy you like it. I’m sure yours will be just as pretty most times I like others color choices better. 😀
This is the first one I've seen base coated on the ball which I love because I have to be able to fix boo boos !! Love it!

I’m going to give this one a try this weekend. Hopefully I can keep my lines straight. If not, it will at least be unique! 😂

Hello Sue, what about pouring thin out paint inside the ornament as a first coat ? Just saying. Very pretty ornament.
I was just about to post that same idea and saw yours! It would keep it shiney......

Boot job sue vert Prêt tu and look easy
Can this be done on plastic ornaments or just glass? Will paint stick?
This is plastic, but I’ve done it on both.
What sealed did u use to seal your ornament?❤
I usually use Krylon matte finish spray.
