I love how you didn’t show your own full stretch and that you explained the way it feels when stretching safely.

Like acupuncture or acupressure, stretching is also a great way to stimulate your meridians. Having a healthy energy (Qi) flow in your meridians is essential for great water flexibility and health. Unfortunately, a lot of people are stretching in a forceful way. That's why some people may be very flexible, but don't move like water.

Very true. Also the same with many of body builders muscles. I met many guys who are bulky but they very rigid and cannot paddle the oar properly or dance (flow)

Thank you so much for this video Hannah! I picked up ballet recently after 13 years, it frustrates me to no end that my body has lost every ounce of flexibility and can't do half the things that I used to do. Even the regular warm-up stretch is too much for me now, so this is perfect!

Thank you, Hannah! This is now my pre work stretch workout! I can really feel after 40 years or so which areas are still nice and stretchy and which have been holding me back. Thank you for doing a beguiner routine, as a small child I loved ballet and danced around at home, but as a boy in the early 1980's wasn't something I felt comfortable expressing... but now can get back to it at home, maybe classes one day! Thanks again! 😊

Honestly stumbled into your 30 days flexibility challenge, quickly watched your split in 3 ways video, nope right out. Decided to snoop around for a more inflexible beginner friendly video to begin with and this is perfect! I really enjoy you showing what the stretch looks like when you arent flexible ( as I am ) because the few other videos for beginner stretching are more beginner-mid level. This one is great, especially the moving stretch first following the stationnary version/deeper version I can feel the differences and less protest from my... Everything that is supposed to be flexible and is not.
Once again great thx and a new suscriber!

Do you maybe have any tips for when your body is disbalanced? For example my left leg is better at stretching then my right, thus when doing the strech at 5:30, my right leg is feeling it, but my left leg could go further. My left ankle on the other hand is way less flexible then my right ankle due to an injury a couple of years ago. How do I get my body more "balanced"?

Is it possible for u to make a video am and pm routine stretch? like a stretch before and after sleep?
I'm not sure if it makes sense but i think a stretch in the start of the day and the end of the day makes me feel better...
