I’m a big fan of using the instant pot for HB eggs - they peel so easily it’s worth it to pull the pot out from the pantry! And such a coincidence ... I was going to look through your videos for lentil soup as I have some want to use up! I make those bagels E/O week on weekends - but don’t use GF flour. You’ve taught me a lot CM- thanks and continued success on you PCOA journey

You have a really nice voice and character (as weird as that may sound) but I could see you being in a tv show. :)

Hi there the chicken and lentil soup recipe sounds great! Is the soup able to be made in a crockpot?

I haven’t made it that wag before but I don’t see why not! I’d try 6 hours on low!

Can you eat whole grains bread davids killer bread for example?...Also what flour brand did you use for the bagels? 😊

Absolutely! I’m sensitive to gluten so I opt for gluten free bread but if you aren’t then it’s a fantastic option. I can’t remember which brand I use but the recipe says Bob’s Redmill Gluten free 1 to 1 flour works best if you need a gluten free option to traditional flour.
