Great tip to do a white oil wash to heighten the brightness of the inner crevices of the hammer… never seen that done before. I’ll definitely give that a try for my next OSL attempt.
Basically the same, but as a last stage I used a very dilluted black ink and I applied it over the armour from below to use it as a filter. This way the armour turned out more dark

What is the difference in where you are applying the pure prismatic bolt and the 50:50 mix? It's hard to judge from the video.
