    Beard vs food has said he eats in a weekly caloric allowance. If he does a challenge it comes off the weeks allowance and he averages out the remaining calories over the remaining days. He’s actually in really decent shape, and puts a lot of work into his non challenge diet to stay fit.

    I can't understand how you can eat so much, especially all at once! When I eat a balanced, healthy diet throughout the day and have a pizza in the evening as an exception, I often feel like my abdominal artery is going to explode. To exaggerate, of course, but I'm just full and have to stop. I couldn't eat any more without stomach pain. How these people manage to do this without going into cardiac arrest is a mystery to me.

    Go about the next two-three weeks without food and if you can’t do that at least go without certain foods obviously the unhealthy items but also the different types of meat such as beef, bison and other red meats unless they’re lean and focus on small portions and do the same with chicken as well as fish. Primary consumption should be vegetables, fruit and nuts then finally top it off with a great workout just make sure you do hella cardio fr.

      wouldnt my metabolism slow down a lot if i dont eat or is there some stage where i pass through that?

    • @senseieternal2133
      @senseieternal2133 4 месяца назад

      @@dentonkellyjr8095 No it’s actually recommended you fast yet doctors and other employees that follow a script from working multi billion to multi trillion dollar companies only care about protocol. Now don’t get me wrong there are some here care within that particular business since they have no idea how everything truly works. Fasting has been done since the ancient times thousands of years ago (not millions that’s false theory but I won’t get into that since it’s not the topic at hand) fasting has actually helped boost the metabolism as well as the entire lymphatic system in general removing not only toxins, harmful chemicals that they put in foods such as artificial flavoring as well as colors but it also removes mucus and helps your body break down some of that unnecessary stored fat that eventually turns into so called “stubborn fat” which actually isn’t as needed as popular belief.
      Now if you’re referring to portion eating no because your body is burning calories and burning in general on a daily basis the internal heat we produce is just not too much to where we’d die or have major problems. Your metabolism and other organs will always continue to function beyond what we understand so when you’re cutting down on how much you consume as well as what you consume your body will show it’s appreciation because you’ve shown it appreciation trust me you’ll be fine but I recommend taking things slow step by step no matter what route you’re taking.

      Exercise @@dentonkellyjr8095

  • @vladesu
    @vladesu 4 месяца назад +1

    Im not sure if it's counted right, because - with each repetition your body burns more calories.
    With each repetition of exercise, your body expends energy (calories) to perform the movements and sustain the effort. The more repetitions you do, the more energy your body requires to fuel those movements and support muscle activity.

    • @henningratjen4364
      @henningratjen4364 4 месяца назад

      Its still the same amount of energy, it just feels harder, because your body is struggeling to keep up. I guess you could say the struggle and taking longer / doing the reps less effective over time ad to the energy expenditure, but with perfect form it wouldn´t.

    I don't know how overweight people can eat so much. Heria needs to breakdown the science in a video of that info. I am definitely interested. For me personally I get sick eating all meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner depending on the amount I eat for each which is why I can't burn metabolism with a snack in between. Which is good for nutritional value.

    An extreme work out routine definitely wont burn all of those calories. Best way to do that would be through detox Lemon Water, Apple cider vinegar, drinking ginger or cinnamon tea which helps gives a boost in metabolism so you're constantly burning the calories also throw in 45 minutes to an hour to train and exercise. Fruits and vegetables are healthy antioxidants like tea which are helpful. so it wouldn't be too hard to burn the calories throughout the week.
