I made this breakfast this morning. Same ingredients, everything. And I must say, one of the best breakfast meals I have had in a while and I felt so good knowing that what I was eating was not only better tasting, but also knowing that I was not eating a heart attack between bread. eating these doesnt make you lose fat. only calorie defecit will make you lose fat. but ofc these meals can help because they are filling and low in calories

If you ever want to make some nice and tasty pancakes Just mix a few bananas, a small cup of oatmilk and about 250g of flour in a blender, put it into a bowl, carefully mix some soda into the dough and off you go. I tend to eat the pancakes with short cooked berries with some honey (don't mind my english skills - I know they're bad xD)

(sometimes it feels hard to have the energy and motivation to do everything, when bogged down. but seeing you do it is good priming for the brain, to get back in it.)
