Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. You probably wont see this comment but if you do just know to keep grinding and motivating because you change lives.
I love cooking and I'm always looking for new recipes! I actually have a similar version of the breakfast wrap with turkey sausage, but mine has one whole wheat tortilla, one egg, one serving of turkey sausage, 1/4 cup of Mexican cheese blend, and an oven toasted hash brown, totaling 550 calories! I'll definitely try making this version as well though!
Chris, Broda am a huge fan of yours. You motivated me to workout and get in shape. I worked out real hard. I went from 85 kgs to 62 kg but also lost muscle gains due to improper diet. I then started following your exercise schedule and have gained 8 kgs back and put up some muscles.

For the culinary culture I will just add that we call the recipe at 0.33 a "Pain perdu" in France (lost bread), made with old stale bread... An alternative is to replace the bread with brioche and add some sugar (or melted caramel), you will have a divine dessert (but not very dietary, of course).
I've been wanting to tell you this - Chris can you post like a 20 min full body routine, using martial arts, basically a routine of different types exercises. That you do in muay Thai, boxing etc. Btw definitely gonna try the burrito.
As a vegetarian, I totally agree with the use of eggs. They're probably my biggest source of protein, and I guarantee you can put on muscle quickly if you eat and train properly, even on a vegetarian diet 😊
I am telling myself that I am not going to sit here and binge watch all of your videos lol I need sleep! So hard to walk away and just go to sleep with all this great food you are cooking. Actually the best way to crack an egg is to put it in a bowl like you did with the ice water put a top on it and shake it to death...the shell literally shakes right off. Give it a try. My family laughed at me when I told them until I showed them. I thank RUclips for that information too.... I got it from a chef on RUclips😂
Thank you for sharing! To poach my eggs, I crack 4 eggs into a bowl and let them sit in there with 1 cup water, 1 cup distilled white vinegar for no more than 10 minutes. They will 'coagulate' the whites and be so easy to scoop up with a spoon and place into the boiling water.

The first one, French toast and eggs. My mom has been making similar thing since I was a child. Only her meal is dip bread into eggs and put it in the pan. She didn't add vanilla and other stuff you did. It's pretty good.
@@Grim-k8r the more processed and cooked the steak is, the harder to digest. Raw meat is quite easy on digestion. I'd try a rare to see how it feels vs a well done one
if you leave the seed in the avocado or guacamole it lasts longer .. and you don’t wanna gut the seed just cut around it haha I wanna make a tutorial on it

Eggs are for sure a miracle food, if you like eggs, they become something you literally cannot live without. Hands down a top 3 protein source.
