That's difficult to answer as Forerunners were supposed to be humans in the original lore. I prefer to play Halo games as a human but I guess there's enough human involvement in the new Halo lore that one could be human while fighting in a Forerunner-Flood war.
A FPS Forerunner game sounds nicer tbh. Operating Phaeton-like vehicles and some equipment allowing you deploy/summon various types of sentinels in battle (close range, kamikaze, healer, etc.) not unlike the Manhacks from HL2 or Wilhelm's Surverors in Borderlands.

I've actually used your videos as my favorite examples of being a total nerd. Specifically your deep breakdown of nanolaminate materials describing I think the CAS class carrier. You've absolutely changed my perspective on the game, which is crazy since I only started playing it once it got on PC a few years ago. You are fantastic! You actually remind me in the teaching style of my favorite professor in Uni because he was so engaged and felt genuinely like he was in a community with his students. The course he taught was an extremely difficult one. I don't know if you're familiar, but it's physical chemistry, and he spent well over the time he was required to in his office because I could tell that teaching others was a joy to him. I've also enjoyed being able to educate others, albeit, not as a job but as their own choice to learn, so I guess your channel and my private endeavor both enjoy the enjoyment of a willing audience. Honestly, this is the only halo channel where I enjoy the videos to the point I don’t feel like spitting Acid all over the other members of the community, won’t lie I have my two cents on merch supplies and the coffee, but Installation 00 would be a perfect lore daddy, but we’re nerds and we want breakdown of technology and real world application of the breakdown of science. You keep trucking playa, nobody can muster the vernacular to put this channel down and I’m one of the main acid spitters when it comes to halo and 343s failure of this franchise… that said, it’s been 5 years, let’s go for another 5.
Keep up the great videos. As someome who loves detailed lore to ridiculous levels, there is no content creator anywhere who breaks things down nearly as much as you do, and uses real scientific principles/engineering techniques like you use to explain fictional creations. Indeed my friend. Congratulations and keep up the great work. The Halo universe has been near and dear to my heart since I first played the original. I was working as a corrections officer at the time and had sold my Playstation 2 to purchase a brand new Xbox. I worked nightshift and had to go out of town to get that Xbox and bought Halo to rock with it. That fat controller felt like holding two potatoes with buttons.

I’m 20 years old and when i was younger i absolutely fell in love with the halo universe although i wasn’t allowed to to play it (christian household didn’t approve of FPS) Every year on my birthday all i wanted was the coolest MegaBlox set from that year. My parents struggled with juggling 5 kids presents but always got budgeted a set for me. I started playing Reach over at my friends houses and it grew into an true passion. Something the vast majority of youtubers that make content on halo fail to do is use music from the universe wisely. Your use of the music is awesome inspiring. I especially love that the music is not greatly overshadowed by your voice, they work together to deliver your story. Its amazing.

I've actually used your videos as my favorite examples of being a total nerd. Specifically your deep breakdown of nanolaminate materials describing I think the CAS class carrier. You've absolutely changed my perspective on the game, which is crazy since I only started playing it once it got on PC a few years ago. You are fantastic! You actually remind me in the teaching style of my favorite professor in Uni because he was so engaged and felt genuinely like he was in a community with his students. The course he taught was an extremely difficult one. I don't know if you're familiar, but it's physical chemistry, and he spent well over the time he was required to in his office because I could tell that teaching others was a joy to him. I've also enjoyed being able to educate others, albeit, not as a job but as their own choice to learn, so I guess your channel and my private endeavor both enjoy the enjoyment of a willing audience. That being said, I love being educated as much as I enjoy teaching others. Honestly, this is the only halo channel where I enjoy the videos to the point I don’t feel like spitting Acid all over the other members of the community, won’t lie I have my two cents on merch supplies and the coffee, but Installation 00 would be a perfect lore daddy, but we’re nerds and we want breakdown of technology and real world application of the breakdown of science. You keep trucking playa, nobody can muster the vernacular to put this channel down and I’m one of the main acid spitters when it comes to halo and 343s failure of this franchise… that said, it’s been 5 years, let’s go for another 5.

Keep up the great videos. As someome who loves detailed lore to ridiculous levels, there is no content creator anywhere who breaks things down nearly as much as you do, and uses real scientific principles/engineering techniques like you use to explain fictional creations. It truly is great to have a channel i can go to not only listen to lore but also learn more about real world science and engineering.

The detail and scale of the world building involved makes me want to believe these are real places, waiting for us. You are hands down one of the greatest Lore Masters this side of the galaxy. Between his incredible voice and borderline obsessive attention to detail I am pretty sure I could listen to anything he's talking about.
I know you have other channels that focused on video games but I would absolutely love to see your talents applied to educational material like science advocacy and historical storytelling, you'd make an incredible educator and advocate. You passion for storytelling would make probably any subject fascinating.

Indeed my friend. Congratulations and keep up the great work. The Halo universe has been near and dear to my heart since I first played the original. I was working as a corrections officer at the time and had sold my Playstation 2 to purchase a brand new Xbox. I worked nightshift and had to go out of town to get that Xbox and bought Halo to rock with it. That fat controller felt like holding two potatoes with buttons.
You are one of the best Halo lore channels (and I actually learned both science and philosophy from you) on youtube for me, so i'm glad you are sticking around and not going anywhere. You and your work are unique among lore channels as you bring your knowledge of science to it, which definitely is much greater than mine, I always end up learning something real from your Most Detailed breakdowns, and this one is no exception!

i had a whole essay typed out but instead i’ll just say this. I’m 20 years old and when i was younger i absolutely fell in love with the halo universe although i wasn’t allowed to to play it (christian household didn’t approve of FPS) Every year on my birthday all i wanted was the coolest MegaBlox set from that year. My parents struggled with juggling 5 kids presents but always got budgeted a set for me. I started playing Reach over at my friends houses and it grew into an true passion. Thank you for not giving up, i found this channel recently and i’ve been absolutely enthralled listening to your lore videos while i play through the MCC for the first time. (minus reach)
